Well, here it is 7:15 a.m., and their doors are still locked up. Open time says 5 am. Last night, I went in after picking up a load, and it took 27 minutes to get my food. Did a table service, and no one called my name, order number, or even brought my the food. By the time I got my food, my ice cream was melted, and my food was cold.

Everyone is always so very kind at the location, and the inside is kept very clean. My husband works nearby and goes here 5 days a week for a drink and a break. No complaints Parking: I only wish that there were 1 or 2 extra non-handicapped parking spots closer to the entrance doors. My mom had surgery a few weeks ago, so getting her inside was a challenge.

Fast service and always accurate. And with the App, it's so easy to order ahead! Even when I had ordered something ahead and they were out of stock, they were super cool with providing alternatives! Great service every time!

Why would you allow people to place mobile orders for pickup inside if you can't be bothered to open the doors? Especially at a truck stop of all places??? I can't just drive my semi up to the drive thru window. Apparently this is a regular occurrence because a loves employee told me that people usually just walk up to the window, which I'm not doing. If I'm gonna be hit by a car I'd rather not do it while I'm 1100 miles from home.

The manager is very rude was kicking customers out of the lobby 15 minutes before closing and was rude to me at the counter when I picked up my order.The crew was very nice though helping me get my tea and things.This team needs leadership!

This is the worst manager in this location when I see post in the MC get we open until 11pm but that's a lie.I want try to get and order by 9:45 they didn't make me alow to get and order the employees even if the manager is the same.

The lobby was closed and there were five or six cars in the drive-through. I was the third car and both cars in front of me sent their food back. My was not right but it wasn’t worth the trouble. They pulled me up and when they came out with the food I ask about a receipt. She told me the machine was broken. There were three or four employees spraying each other with what looked like cleaning products. I think this was in the top five worst experiences ever at a restaurant.I decided to give them one more chance so I went thur the window tonight. (12-19-23)The lady who took my order was rude. When I was finally able to order I payed and pull up to the next window and waited. The lady opened the window and basically threw the bag at me and when I asked for ketchup she acted like she had to make some. The employees need some type of training. I don’t ever remember eating at a place with as many problems. I suggest you keep driving avoid this place if possible.
