“The lady who drew Elijah's blood was an absolute GEM! She has a great personality and is very warm and welcoming. She put his 11-year-old nervousness to rest and gave him a wonderful experience. He now knows that having bloodwork done can be easy and pain-free and that he has "pipeline veins". She was wonderful and is an asset at this office! I wish I could remember her name but if we see her again we would know who she is. She has an unforgettable personality and charm and is great at what she does. Very professional!”

“Been to this location at least a 5 times in the last 2 years. Once out of these visits there was a 10 minute wait. Very quick and professional. No issues with the actual process. My 15 year old daughter was nervous when I took her and several of the ladies had her smiling in minutes. Everyone has bad days but so far all of my experiences have been 5☆. Hopefully tomorrow when I go it will be as expected from past experiences.”
