“I had such a wonderful shopping experience TODAY☺️I woke up this morning knowing that today was gonna be a ?GOOD DAY? I had to pick up a few things for my precious dog LOLA! She needed somthing sturdy that she can’t break cause she likes to pull?. Me and LOLA took a trip to PETSENSE here in the next town over “REIDSVILLE” ( closer to HELL!) there I met a true ANGEL his name is DORIAN and listen “HE MADE MY DAY” I was only going for a collar and leash I Ended up getting everything over 200.00 worth of things for my DOG? DORIAN MADE THAT SELL YOU HEAR ME? HE’S GREAT AND MOST DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE BRINGING IN REVENUE LIKE TTHAT FROM JUST ONE SELL……oh YEAH I’D HIRE HIM IN A MINUTE (pet sense gonna hafta let me have him) HE’D BE A GREAT ADDITION TO MY BUDINESS. Pleasant smile, Soft Spoken, Very knowledgeable, and PROFESSIONAL HE HELPED ME ALOT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT I WAS CURIOUS ABOUT.

“Visited their pet wash facility, it was super convenient. The cost was minimal considering they provide a variety of pet washes, brushes/combs, and towels for drying, the sink/tub is elevated that opens so your dog can jump or walk up a ramp to get into (it's not too high if you need to lift them). They also have the blow dryer with adjustable speed for that groomed blow out.”

“This is the best place for healthy pet food and treats and our pup is hooked on goats milk from here which has really improved his GI issues. He gets a little on top of his food and a shot glass before bed to prevent nighttime tummy noises. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I want to give a big shoutout to Tractor Supply for consistently having an outstanding team. I don’t know who’s responsible for hiring, but they always seem to bring in respectful, helpful people who genuinely want to assist customers.

This past Saturday, I stopped in to pick up salt and needed help figuring out where it was. An employee didn’t just point me in the right direction. He walked me out to where it was stored, helped me load it up, and did it all even while being called away for other things. What really stood out was his attitude. He was eager to help and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or asking for too much.

That kind of service is getting rare these days, and it’s something Tractor Supply should be proud of. Experiences like that are exactly why I keep coming back.”
