Only my second time at this location, same technician (terrible w names, sorry young lady) but it was at 10am ish on 3.28.2023. Not only did she remember me, but she recalled my personal "quirks" such as difficult to access veins, anxiety about blood draws and even inquired about my husband, who was not present today. Idc if it's fabulous recall or great note taking - it's greatly appreciated to feel like a HUMAN BEING & not just another appointment, dollar sign, or the next task to rush through to get home. This level of care is terribly lacking in the medical community - from reception on up to surgeons. I applaud you...I may not remember your name, but I'll always remember YOU. You deserve a 10 star review :)Additionally, I just switched lab companies. The previous provider, regardless of location, was dirty, staff rude and tho VERY WELL KNOWN - the company was operating a scam. Always money due, no bill or estimate provided in writing and even when I sucked it up and spent big $ just to get the labs DONE...I'd return the next time to hear I had a balance, tho my online account showed a zero balance. Then be denied service. So thank you Quest, for on the spot details in writing.I did take away 1 star. Guess I'm old school. It used to be that if you had a blood draw - lab, hospital, or doc office - there was something "sugary" on hand (juice usually, sometimes candy) esp for those fasting labs. Very sad that has disappeared. It used to be free, but I'd gladly pay for sip of OJ when my blood sugar is zero AND I'm a nervous about needles.

Miss Elizabeth was amazing..So kind and friendly. My veins run away all the time. Even though they didn't have butterfly her gentle touch made the blood withdrawal nearly painless. So recommend going here.

Was great. I had a very complicated list of stuff that needed to be done and Elizabeth handled everything superb.

It’s terrible! The office it’s close and the paper say they open at 1:00. I’m stay there until 1:50 and they still close. And the restroom it’s completed dirty!

My experience at this Quest location was excellent. I was greeted very pleasantly by Linda G. and treated very nicely. Linda was thorough at handling my doctors orders and her technique was painless.

Absolutely horrible, horrible customer service.. My daughter has Crohn's and has to get blood work done because of the medicines she has to take. She also has a condition to where she cannot wear a mask or face covering. We had had a problem once before today's visit and I ended up calling corporate... They apologized and said that if we made an appointment and brought our papers in with us that there wouldn't be a problem. Well we make the appointment and brought our papers. My daughter goes in today to try to get her blood work done and they made a huge deal out of everything. Treated both of us like a dog. Simply was not even going to give us service at all. The phlebotomist there called her lead person and they got on the phone with me and argued for over an hour.... Finally telling me that there was a LabCorp across the street. That they were not going to be able to service us today.Tried to turn my words around on me saying that I didn't want to service which was a lie. I talked to my daughter into trying to hold a fan over her mouth area. Just so she can get her blood work because she is a Crohn's patient and she is on three different chemo medications. She has to have blood work drawn and from today's experience she will be going to her doctor and telling him that she wants to use another facility. Era, the lead person in Greensboro North Carolina, is absolutely horrible and talk to us like We were trash because we could not wear a covering. Linda the lady that is the phlebotomist at Reidsville who called Era costs so many more problems because it was over an hour of talking back and forth which spreads much more germs than if they would have just took my daughter at her designated appointment and got her out quickly. Linda even brought out a face shield to my daughter out in the hallway where we were waiting (We were not even in the waiting room with anyone else) laid that face shield down on a chair beside my daughter. Now tell me how many more germs it got on it by being laid in the chair and then she wanted my daughter to wear it. ??According to the state mandate for North Carolina not everyone can wear a mask or a face covering and should not be asked to do so or be questioned. It's the media trying to act like it is mandatory. When the state mandate does not say that. According to HIPAA laws we have the right to be serviced. They have a major problem over at the Reidsville Quest. My daughter was totally stressed out. She has even went to the hospital before with a heart rate of over 200. Her clothes striped and treated for breathing issues. NOT everyone can put something over there face...and we have a constitutional right to say NO.

Received a testing order from my Gastroenterologist to go by Quest Diagnostics in Reidsville to pick up 3 collection cups. When I arrived I checked in and was quickly attended to. Once in the back I was directed to sit in a chair and she began to look over my order. I was then told they didn’t have all the correct collections vials but that it would be over-nighted and be there the next day. I was instructed to leave my order and was asked for a good call back number. It’s now 1:29pm the next day and I have heard nothing. I have attempted to call many times with every attempt being met with an automated voice saying my call couldn’t be connected at this time. I live almost an hour away so just riding their to see if they got the right vials in or not is out of the question. I’m really at a loss!

Very poor customer service, have called corporare twice and they've always apologized for how I and my mother have been treated. Was handed a sticky note by the employee working there(Linda) with the name "Era" and a phone number on it and told to call that we could speak to her supervisor. Era, supposedly a supervisor is extremely rude and told us "there is a LapCorp across the steeet". Once again have called corporate even though nothing ever seems to make their service improve. Also, we were told by corporate Deborah, 'the manager' of this particular location would call us back days ago, we've yet to receive a phone call from her. The problem with businesses like this one is lack of accountability.

I came to this one and found the sign stating it’s closed for lunch 12-1pm. I thought ok... I was 5 minutes late. I can wait. Went back to my van and waited. I went back in and found the time changed!!! 12:35 to 1:35!! Staff showed up at 1:35 and told me... it should have say 1:45, not 1:35. Not happy.... Please don’t tell me I should have called. I only use text on my phone due to my hearing impaired. My special captel phone for telephone communication is at home.

Used to be able to have blood drawn on a Saturday, now they are no longer open on the weekends (how about changing the message so it states that since it still claims you can walk in on Saturdays). Now you have to take time off from work or drive to a different location that IS open on the weekend. This company isn't really convenient for people that don't live in big cities.**Update to a reply**While I appreciate your comment that your WEBSITE has the correct current information as to operating hours it doesn't excuse the fact that the information via contact number still states customers can walk in for services on Saturdays (a clear lack of responsibility from the company). So much so that another individual who was waiting with my husband last weekend stated their doctor directed them to this business just a day earlier, so not even the local doctors offices know of the business hour change. Having to drive an hour round trip compared to a 10 - 15 minute drive is not a very convenient solution nor is having to take time off from work all because the business chose to no longer provide weekend services. My one star rating still stands.
