The employees were very helpful. Also as busy as they were they handled things in a fast and courteous manner. Not like other offices I had visited for a company like this one in the past. Excellent work Reidsville office!

I was in here for an hour waiting to pick up new equipment. They need more people working. As there were 10 people waiting and 2 representatives working. While the others was in the back room!! Not cool spectrum!!!

Set up our account specifically stating two lines would be added, which would qualify us for the buy one get one promo. When we applied the second line after some difficulty with the V store Spectrum at Friendly said we were still good for the buy one get one. Didn't happen. Not happy.

While i was in line the people were saying we are gonna be here forever. The people waiting in line. I said its my 1st time ever coming in here. The people behind the counter would type a lil something then gaze outside for a min. It was 7 people in line to return the small spectrum boxes it took a lil over a hour.

Miserable. I had to return some equipment. There were 4 or 5 folks in line ahead of me. It took nearly an hour of waiting for maybe 5 mins of interaction. They had 2 representatives working.

Very poor CS in Reidsville. The woman at the desk told me that she was correct and the technician was not because she claimed I did not need a different remote for my new DVR .which she was, in fact, wrong, and I did need exactly what the technic told me I needed. They also told me I needed to call customer service in order to swap out my DVR or remote.

Unorganized and seem to not give a damn at this location. I sat and waited patiently for 45 mins just to get to the counter and be told I couldn’t return equipment. The call center made the original mistake but how SABLE in the store handled it was very unprofessional. She was flat, dry and unconcerned. Her attitude spoke volumes when I walked into the store and was told to have a seat. Not hi welcome in we will be with you shortly. Just told to sit down. I have ended my service with Spectrum and this visit confirmed my decision. Not sure how she made store manager but she needs a lesson in customer service.

Manager was rude and wait was ridiculous. No clear lines for customers. If Spectrum is going to sell phones, they need to modify their service model so cable customer don't have to wait for a phone sale to be completed to receive service.

I have had to go to the spectrum store twice over the past week because the associates are very poor at managing the customers coming in. One of the associates Nicole spent over an hour with a customer talking to Verizon. If you have a line of over 10 customer waiting you should know better. If you have to wait in line you will see customers walk in, see the long line, and walk out. Very sad to see.

Walk in to pay bill said had no one to take my money. Then said they couldn't help with product services. So if your not going take payment and help with services and did the same to black lady next to me we were both tik off.

Went to turn in all my equipment because you can't get anywhere over the phone. And wasn't charged $5.00 to talk to representative. Was able to get things lowered as a long time customer should get

Perfect service from start to finish, We recently moved to N.C. from R.I. and installed internet with Spectrum. We are so pleased that we decided to switch to them for our cellular service also. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful..We needed 5 phones in all 4 I-phones and 1 Android, and it was executed perfectly this staff is a welcomed change from every other cell service provider store I've ever delt with.

Had a very unpleasant experience today. We arrived to the back of a very long line, and one employee working the counter, with a manager just overseeing him.A few of us in line were talking about outages over the weekend, to phone calls we all made over the weekend about issues, and that there are two people, but one working.The manager, Sable, decided to make a very loud, arrogant and disrespectful announcement about how she just had covid, can't touch anything, and if we have a problem with the wait time, go to another store. More than half of the patrons were elderly, and she added that she isn't being rude, but she isn't from around here, that's just how she talks.There was no reason for her to take the tone she used, and could have made her point with more understanding, empathy and respect.When we approached the counter, the young man had to give his sales pitch, as he did with EVERY customer. We explained we spent some time with customer service regarding our internet issues - we didn't have it for 2 days. Sable went back and then informed us she can't give us a replacement, they didn't have a comparable unit and we would have to go up to the next level to get better service and have the option to return in 30 days if we decided we wanted to go back.We came home, set it up, made a call to have it all rebooted and informed the customer service rep about what occurred in the store. She was wonderful in assisting us and remarked that she NEVER heard of any store deny having the proper equipment requested.It was our assumption that she deliberately forced our hand and abused her position in an inappropriate manner.Needless to say, there aren't any other internet options and we have what we have here in our tiny town.
