this was actually a very new experience for me. My U-Haul dealer was unfortunately hospitalized, but I had a lady that shared the building with them and super nice was so helpful and gave so much help during this process that was very stressful for me right before the North Carolina vendor and food truck festival.

Very friendly staff. Checking in online in order to pick up the keys was a hassle but the lady inside was VERY friendly & helpful!

Tim has helped me at least three times since moving to Reidsville with in-town rentals. Always been very helpful and even tho most of the time they have been last minute bookings he has been very accommodating.

No recommendations for improvement. I wish every business would run their business like Tim runs this one. He's professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with. He is an exceptional reflection on the U-Haul company. And the two guys he uses to help load the U-Hauls are exceptional also.

The folks at Reidsville Rentals really saved the day for me. I had set up an online rental for another Uhaul dealer (Car Mart of Reidsville) and they were a complete no show...lots of trucks available, but no one in the office to help me. I called the 1-800 Uhaul number and they arranged the rental with Reidsville Rentals. They were wonderful to work with!
