This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I call in for prescription refill over the automated system, and get confirmation, I go to pick up meds and they tell me they don't have any.

Scheduled vaccines, waited 50 minutes past scheduled time. Apparently whoever was back in the "patient health room" snuck out and didn't even tell the people waiting.

By far the most unprofessional pharmacy. It’s sad that a basic service cannot be provided.

Too much money!!!!!! Why in the world is a drugstore so dang pricey??!!!!?!?!?!!! I will never understand this. I'm giving a 2nd star because I do appreciate the fact that I can send my photos to the store from my phone's photo gallery through their app...and the prices are not bad. That is the only cheap thing at this place. Other than that, don't waste your time buying anything from here. Go to Walmart! Save your coins!

This pharmacy is the worlds worst. It literally had two people upfront on the cash register… Two people on the floor possibly putting out supplies were stock… And it appeared one manager or someone of administrative? Today is June 3 at 5:40 PM and they literally just sent me a text about 30 minutes ago saying my prescription was ready for pick up. I go and pick it up and there is a sign and it’s locked up saying we are temporarily closed sorry for the inconvenience. So I asked one of the persons on the front cash register if they could kindly go get my prescription that I so need and they said to go to scales Street that it would be available to pick up there. So I drive to scales Street in Reidsville, and they said my prescription will be ready at 7 PM tonight. I leave for work at 6:30 PM. Either get the folks that you already have working for you to actually work… Or hire a better staff! This is ridiculous. People need their medication to live!

Honest I would rate it a zero. So I called the pharmacy and “ Justin” answered the phone I told him I needed a refilled ( depression medication ) for my daughter before I can even say anything he says, “ we can’t do a refill if it’s not authorized” I said it wouldn’t be calling if it wasn’t” he answers “ well you should know your prescription” then with more attitude he asks for her last name as I gave him her last name he said, “just give me her first name”. I got tired of all the attitude I call the scale st store. Gave them all the same information and she said her medicine will be ready in an hour. I don’t know what his problem was but leave your attitude at home this is only business.I wouldn’t of call if I didn’t know my child needed her medication. She had attempted suicide so the last thing I needed was that I was trying to keep my child in a better state of mind. I did call corporate on this matter.Days later the manager called and she had no words for me just sorry. I told her the medication was for her depression and I informed her how important it was for her to have it since she suicidal. All she said “he under a big amount of stress usually he’s a good worker”
