Got my flu and COVID vaccines quickly, efficiently and politely. It was a nice experience after the failed attempt to get them at the Freeway Drive location, where I wasted over an hour and got no service.

Rude! Rude! Came in to print photos and they act like you're bothering them. I'll just go to Walmart for now on. Kiosk is easier and staff doesn't mind helping.

I have to say all these reviews are accurate pay attention! Amani is very rude and i cannot BELIEVE they give her title as manager she does not speak when you approach but steady poppin her gum. Then they say your prescription is ready at 3:30 i arrive at 3:46 and told not ready while she AMANI stands there indignant like she is being bothered. Yes the drive through window looks terrible and as a person who runs a business why would ypu want your store to look less than par when people drive up.Go to carolina apothecary or even CVS at least those people are pleasant switching my fiances refills etc with Dr first thing in morning

Racist! And the so called manager just tells lies and has no regards for people’s medical condition. All they do is talk down on you and lie about when your medication will be ready.

This pharmacy has no problem lying to their customers. My fiancé's doctor increased his medication. He called the pharmacy to verify when he could pick it up and they said the 21st which was 3 days after he would run out. They advised insurance wasn't paying for it, so he asked how much is it to pay cash and they refused saying "some medications have to be filed under insurance". Being a Healthcare professional myself, I knew that was a lie because not everyone has insurance. I had to call the insurance company who said they approved the medication the day of the appointment (the 15th). Thank God for her, she called the pharmacy and got it straight. Why lie to the customers? If you can't or won't do your job and right by patients, then quit! Shame on the pharmacist and the techs for lying to customers to save face.

I arrived at 12:50pm to pick up prescriptions and was told they would be ready after 2pm. I drove home and came back across town at 2:50pm and have been sitting at the drive thru window for 20 minutes. This was my 2nd visit to this store and last!

My appointment for the COVID-19 test was at 3:00pm I got there at 2:55 sat at the drive thu windows until 3:00pm. So I took the initiative to drive to the front. Because I didn’t know what was going on. The drive thur window had some much stuff on the window. I couldn’t even see the pharmacy lady. Because of all the stuff that’s on the windows. So I had to call 3 different times. because each female in the pharmacy would hang up the phone . Before I could even mention my name only thing they heard. Was I need a COVID-19 test and hung up. So now it is 3:30pm and I still haven’t even got my COVID-19 test. The girl who did my test didn’t do it right. Because my test results came back Inconclusive. So now I gotta go all the way to Eden and miss 3 more days of work. The Walgreens on scales street employees are rude and didn’t even wanna talk to me once I said I need a COVID-19 test ???

Every employee I have met has a personality of a cat turd. My nausea medicine was questioned as well when I had someone try to pick it up while I was sick at home. I had to call myself- the pharmacy never called. nausea medicine....

After being put on hold so long that it rang back through, whomever I just spoke to me was extremely extremely rude. I literally just said "what was that" because I couldn't hear what she said and she raised her voice so much she was all but yelling at me and her tone was extremely harsh. She was also being a smart elic to everything I said. I understand they are really understaffed right now, but you DO NOT under any circumstances speak to a customer like that, especially one that very patiently held when you picked up and asked them to hold again, and was only asking legit questions about a new program that YOUR COMPANY ASKED TO PUT THEM ON.
