The pumps are always broken, they can play Gas Station TV and tell you all about Tank's Good News, but they cannot process a card payment. Go to the Shell in Granite Quarry, their prices are usually better anyway. And you won't have to deal with malfunctioning pumps!

Sadly, the pumps are not responding to credit cards. I have tried multiple pumps at this station, and the card readers seem to be broken. This has been ongoing for months now.

I have grown attached to the employees at this establishment. I'm in at all weird hours and guaranteed, there's going to be someone on the other side of the counter smiling and glad to see me. It's not me. It's just how these employees are. There's cheaper gas about 6 miles out, but you'll never get the service and gratitude felt here, anywhere else.

Lady that served me today was totally and compliantly rude. Was talking on her phone the whole time, I had to repeat myself twice before she set her phone down and when I asked for what I needed she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. Like ma’am if you hate your job that much get a new one lol she has purple and blue hair ??♀️

Very rude and rushing people out the door so she could lock the door to use the bathroom was dismissive and ignorant as could be this young woman has lost a customer for all the shells I'll NEVER GO TO ANOTHER ONE. I'll run out of gas before I'll use a shell.

Please train your staff how to fill the receipt paper at the pump. So annoying to have to wait inside for a receipt, when it’s designed to print outside for convenience. This is a consistent practice with shell stations.

Just called to see if they had gas and the lady that answered the phone told me to shut up. I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, but I’m a teacher and have to get to school each day and everyone is out getting all the gas and I’m on E and looking for a place to get gas so I can get to work.
