I mailed my son's birthday card from this location and he never received it. I new better but did it again when I mailed my friends daughter's graduation card and she never received it. One had a check and the other one was cash. I know never send cash but I did. Never again. The United States postal service has a thief working there. I'll never ever mail anything again!!! It's not safe.

My envelope arrived at Richfield early the day beforeThanksgiving. I live 6 miles away but instead of sending it to the Rockwell PO, they sent it back to the Charlotte Distribution office 30 miles away. USPS had to pay that driver for the 30 miles back to Charlotte, (plus thefuel) and then time and fuel to drive it backto Rockwell, all because the Richfield PO didn't want to be bothered to deliver it to the Rockwell PO, 6 miles away. This is why USPS is hemorrhaging its funds. We're lucky to have the best and least expensive postal service in the world, but postal workers who have no common sense will be the ones who cause its demise. Rockwell PO runs its office much more professionally.

I read the other review as I was pulling in, literally five minutes before closing.
The lady was very kind and I got my Christmas stamps. No locked doors and I enjoyed our brief chat. Very nice post office :)
