“Everyone involved in this company are all top tier employees. The way they are working with me and the constant updates have been spectacular. Insurance was anticipating ungodly costs to my Camaro, the shop found everything we needed for half the cost and I've never been more satisfied with someone else working on MY car. My car club will ONLY be coming here for anything we cant do ourselves from this point on.

“Living 2 hours away, on my way to Jacksonville I ended up needing a new battery. Stopped by oreily auto parts down the street. Told me my battery replacement for a 2013 Kia optima was flagged as being a “complicated” install. So they could sell it to me but not install it, plus it was raining (light drizzle) outside so they wouldn’t do it regardless. Did a last minute pull into advance auto parts and mention what they had told me down the street. The nice gentleman saw the same *flag* but was still courteous enough to at least look for himself saying “hmm… let me be the judge of that”. He quickly determined that it would actually be a quick and easy install. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I appreciated the fact that he at least looked to see what was so complicated and was experienced and professional enough to get it done. Overall great service and highly recommend this location for genuine, honest service.”

“I had a long trip today and I stopped at Walmart to fill up my tires as they were low, Walmart ate my dollar and left me with low air still. I stopped by to ask if they would fill my tires and with no hesitation they told me to pull up to one of the bay doors and they’d take care of it. I offered to pay for their help but the mechanic declined. Such a sweet group and I appreciate their generosity as I was in a rush to get back on the road ❤️”
