They were professional, organized, and prepared for a large number of rentals with an incoming flight. The car I received was clean, and the staff was friendly. I’ve had less than stellar experiences with other OAJ rental companies, and Enterprise has been the best by far.

Rented from this location many times, but had to switch due to on-going issues (overcharges) and poor treatment of customers. The gentleman was very rude and difficult over the phone on more than one occasion. Do yourself a favor and rent at one of the other companies.

UPDATE - it is December and this incident below happened in October and other than the “generic” email from the “customer care” team, I have received NO communication. I have responded to the email on 3 separate occasions and it appears that the “customer care” team cares as much about the customers as the staff in the store - which is no care at all.So I booked a reservation for a car online on the Enterprise website. I went to the location to pick up the car and was told very rudely by the “manager” Alissa, that even though I had reserved a car, they had no car for me. When I restated that I had a reservation, I was told that they “don’t guarantee “ reservations. What?!? So, myself working in customer service tried to understand and I asked “can you check your other locations?”. Alissa quickly looked at her screen and said “no”. She was not empathetic, she did not offer to assist with other options, she just kept repeating that “well, we don’t have a car this week. This week is totally booked.” And when I asked WHY you could still book reservations for their location on the website, she just stared at me and blinked. I then asked for her regional manager’s contact information. Alissa wrote down a 866 customer service number!!! She was like “I can’t give out office numbers”. Are you kidding me? So you call the 866 number and get nowhere. I was so incredibly disappointed in this entire experience. Purposely overbooking rentals, lying to the guests, being rude and unhelpful, showing no empathy, and generally having the worst customer service I have had ever. I will never use this company again.

They didn't have any cars. NOPE. NO CARS. Booked all through the week. Have to keep inventory up for the reservations. My flight was rerouted. No cars. Asked everyone. No rental agency had ANY CARS. Then I hear my name, and Patricia from Enterprise National said, maybe. She saved me. Totally, completely, saved me. Too many details of a trip gone awry and she shined some sunlight. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I was am calling to confirm a reservation since I live about 3000 miles away, I cannot just go in. l have called 8 times over a 3 hour period and sat on ring for about 15 mins each and still no answer, no answer machine....nothing. Does anyone work there or are they all just ignoring the phones? I only gave 1 star because it made me select before I could post.

Reserved a car, when I went to pick it up I had to wait for almost an hour for it to be ready. Do not recommend this location.

Keep up the good work! I was worried that Enterprise in OAJ airport was not going to be open because I was calling to confirm if the vehicle I reserved online will be there on pick up date and time. I had a bad experience before when I reserved a car months in advance from another company and on the day I needed it there was no car and no notice to customer that my car is not available. I was very pleased to see the Enterprise counter was open and my vehicle was ready (even upgraded) :-). Their counter may not be open if there is no inbound or outbound flights. Please answer the phone, so that customers can reach you. Other than that, I was happy because I got a vehicle, great deal and clean. I recommend Enterprise for their reliability.

New Car Smell ......because it was a brand new car! Fun! Very helpful employees at check in desk and a helpful employee in parking lot. Quick drop off. Overall very good experience!
