Made a mobile order , attempted to switch protien as it wasnt an option on the app . Lady i spoke with declined but was polite. Older guy who confirmed the order was super rude even when j asked to do a seperate order and buy extra chicken as a side . Its free to be nice , but being rude costs you buisness. Mr. Dan i belive his name was shouldnt work with people let alone be in charge of them

We went to this Taco Bell because it is the closest to my house and I was getting my daughter who is at home food to go. This is the 3rd time this year that I have been here and have had issues all 3 times. Every time that we go, it is like walking in a freezer and once we actually saw our breath the whole time we were there. The last time which was about 2 wks ago, both my husband's and my chicken items tasted like it was old and dry. My chicken quesadilla was all greese on the outside of the tortilla. This time my lettuce was frozen. I am not exaggerating. It was so cold that it had ice crystals on it and gave me brain freeze. The quesadilla wasn't as greasy as the last time but it was way too much. We will never come back here again. I will definetly eat in Jacksonville if I want Taco Bell.

I don't normally have problems with taco bell but tonight my taco was just so stale. Like really?? That's just sad. I'd expect better from my favorite fast food place. And it was a cheese gord. Crunch.

Here's the thing...I don't appreciate when I go into a restaurant to give an order and the employee rudely says "use the kiosk". No hello or nothing. What about the older people who don't know how to use that mess? Not okay. It should be an option to use it or not. Not for people to have an attitude about the kiosk. Food is good but service, no. The people continue to be rude, especially a certain older man always yelling about something. It's been months with the employees not being friendly but today was the last straw. Will not be returning.

We went to go and order. Wanted to pay cash. Was told to order at the kiosk and then pay cash. Told him we like to human contact with people. He said come the 21st all menu board and indoor orders will be fine.He very rudely, threw up his hands up in the air and walked away so rudely. My husband has been in the food industry I've 20 of years and me as well. You don't treat customers like that. We were happily to order and then pay. Never again. We haven't been their in a long time because of rude employees and manners. We thought we'd try again. Never again.

Missing food from my order. Called to see if I could get a refund for my missing items.....as I was already home. Was hung up on twice before anyone answered then hung up on again when simply asked for a refund of said item. Called back, out of principle at this point, to just having the phone picked up and hung up. Not only this, the food was not the best.
