I’m beyond tired of my bricks being run over and plants being ruined because the mail person feels the need to run them over daily. We have to constantly build up the dirt to try and fix them just for them to run them over the next day. Not to mention running over my flowers. Ridiculous!

Front desk lady said she couldn't print off my label for me even though I called earlier and they said they could. Also said she couldn't seal my box for me as I'm looking at the tape they have for sealing boxes behind her.

Apparently parking 5 feet in front of my mailbox is too much of a nuisance for the driver to drive up, place the mail in the box, back up and out, instead they just mark "attempted delivery" and drive by my house. Talk about lazy. You guys are completely unreliable. Not like in the good old days. Thank God for UPS.
