Everyone at this pharmacy is so nice and helpful. The Techs are the best. I don’t have any issues picking up meds in a timely fashion or using the drive thru. They have even brought medicine out to my car since it didn’t fit in the tube which was awesome since I had kids in the car. I switched to this pharmacy from CVS and it’s just leaps and bounds better. Love our Richlands Walmart Pharmacy.

The female pharmacist at this pharmacy is very ignorant at her job unprofessional and unpleasant she needs some retraining definitely don't recommend this pharmacy

The pharmacist, Cassie, is the most unpleasant and unprofessional person. How can you lie and say you can't fill a medication in state from a licensed provider when someone has moved and having surgery.....Walmart needs to look into people like her.... if we were not of color it would have been different of course...

Worst pharmacy ever. Go to a different Walmart. I got there before they closed and waited in life for almost 45 min and instead of telling me that they wouldn't get to me, the woman wouldn't give me my prescriptions that I had to have that day which was filled and paid for. She wouldn't let me talk to the pharmacist. Awful experience.

I am about to switch pharmacies. I have been with this pharmacy since they opened. I can tell they are overwhelmed and understaffed, maybe they should open up an hour earlier so get some work done earlier. They know what times are high volumes for people picking up medication and when orders come in. I am really getting tired of my medication not being in stock and them not lifting a finger to call and tell me. Instead I find out at the counter that they don’t have it. Taking my medications on time is very important and that is not happening when you are not able to get my medication. I as a customer, should not have to go out of my way calling 50 different pharmacies to see if they have my medication. THAT is your job. PLEASE DO BETTER or I’m having my rx sent somewhere else.

Service is usually pretty good. It would be helpful if they updated their hours to reflect that they are closed for lunch though.

Worst customer service and doubtful it will ever improve. Asked to hold for 15 mins to get told the prescriptions were not ready after having it before they even opened. Their excuse was there is not enough time in the day to fill them. Last I check that was a Pharmacy job. Then get a call 10 mins later to pick them up. I go get in the drive thru line wait 20 mins to be make it to the box to have some other customer charge up from behind my car stating the pharmacy wants me to move so she can get her drugs(this is extremely dangerous in many ways) and the big lady banging on the call button and the lady in the camera asked me to let her in front of me and now I'm 2 cars back AGAIN. And have to wait another 25 mins .with little to no apologies for my long waits or anything for wasting my time. I will be moving to another pharmacy after this event even if they are closer

Wow horrible customer service! The lady that usually works the register is very nice and always apologizing for bad service. She was dealing with a unruly older customer (this is a common everyday occurrence for these Frontline workers) 3 girls in the back couldn't be bothered to pitch in and help her or help me. Are they on such a pedestal they can't come down and help her!!! Shame on the Pic for not taking the lead or deligating when needed ?
