“I love our Post Office. The employees are always friendly, kind and helpful. I always feel like I live in Mayberry when I'm there. Thank you, Black Mountain PO!”

“The epitome of a great small town post office. I worked as a letter carrier for the USPS and I can tell you, not all post offices are created equal. This location is top notch. Mark is the man you’ll most likely encounter and he is the salt of the earth. What a sincerely great guy. Couldn’t be happier with this location. 10/10 recommend ?”

“This Post Office employs some hard working people. We love our delivery person Denise, she is simply the best. When we do go to the physical office Debbie is always patient with us and lets my nephew tell her corny jokes. Sure things can happen with the mail and mistakes can be made, but most of the folks here are always helpful and kind.”
