“I was driving from NC to DC. Just outside of Roanoke Rapids, NC, I heard a horrible sound from my car, so I pulled over and called Mr. Harrison's Auto Shop. He said he would look at my car right away. When I got to Mr. Harrison's shop, he hopped in my car and I took him for a ride so he could hear the noise. In 2 seconds, he diagnosed that I needed a new differential. Mr. Harrison didn't have the parts at his shop, but he helped me find a tow truck to take my car up to DC and advised me to contact Enterprise Rental (the only car rental in the area) asap. My car safely made it to a local auto shop and after a fantastic experience at Enterprise Rental Car in Roanoke Rapids, I also made it home. I can't thank Mr. Harrison and his family enough for their kindness and concern. It was a bad day, but it ended with meeting great people. Harrison Auto LLC -- YOU ROCK!!!!!”

“I had a flat 4 hours from home. Brandon was the tow truck driver. I was stuck over night waiting for the dealership to open in the morning it seemed till he verified he had a tire my size and opened the shop to change the tire himself after they were already closed. I was able to continue home 45 minutes later. He did this for a total stranger that likely will never return again. I can only imagine how well they must treat their local customers with the kindness he showed me that night.”
“Domingo was a huge help. I was broke down an hour away from where I was going, and he helped me put my gear shifter cable back on my truck. He sent pictures and talked on the phone with me through fixing the cable. One of the nicest people I have ever talked to.”

He diagnosed our vehicle and recommended options the next day without any consideration to his own profit. On our way home after thanksgiving in our rental car he came into the shop on his day off to help us clear out our car and arrange for towing. All this at no charge whatsoever. One in a million! “Driving from CT to Florida we got a flat so I put the spare on and got a hotel since it was midnight, showed up at 7am sat morning at Tire Unlimited and we were back on the road by 8am . I thought I needed a replacement tire because it was a big hole from a tire weight that somehow punctured our tire. They had a replacement but said they're gonna see if they could fix it and they did. I was alittle nervous because we had another 800 miles to drive and then back home but it held up. They were very honest and are good at what they do. Thank you Tire Unlimited”

I visited Honda of Roanoke Rapids for service and parts and also stopped by the sales department. Everyone was polite, respectful, and very helpful. The service center was professional, efficient, and made me feel valued as a customer.
I understand that after COVID many dealerships focused on producing vehicles quickly, but I’ve honestly never had this many issues with a brand-new Honda before. That said, this is NOT a reflection of this dealership at all. Their customer service is exactly why I choose to drive two hours to come here, after working overnight twelve hours.
I’ve always been a Honda girly and will be until I die, and when it’s time to purchase my next Honda, it will be from Honda of Roanoke Rapids. This place truly feels like a Honda home. Thank you again, see you soon not too soon!!”

“One of the best tire shops I’ve ever had dealings with. The owner, Joseph, knows what he is doing. Can tell you what’s tires will fit, what wheels will fit, and how much lift your truck may need. They also do alignments, balancing, lift kits, and window tint. Joseph is hands on and does a lot of the work himself. You can’t go wrong here. All cards and Apple Pay are accepted.”
“TOP TIER CUSTOM FABRICATION - Took my Suv to Pomp Boys Motors to have custom seats installed after being turned down by other shops due to its complexity w/ the location of the gas tank. Pomp Boys Motors smiled and said, "no problem", we got this. And they certainty did, great craftmanship, quick turnaround, and the customer service was also TOP TIER. I was very satisfied, and I highly recommend Pomp Boys Motors to everyone wanting custom work. Good job guys!”

“I have a jeep wrangler with the 3.6 pentastar engine. This engine has very specific procedures to check the oil, and tighten the oil filter cap. Messing up on either one can be catastrophic for the engine. The two guys doing the oil change followed the procedures exactly how I explained them (even if one kinda had a bad attitude about it) . I won't give him points off for that because I know what it's like to have a customer tell you how to do your job, it sucks. If you overtightened the cap it crack the oil cooler, and that's a 1200$+ repair. If you don't wait 5 mins to check the oil after you shut the engine off, the oil level reports as low by a quart. If this isn't know, the oil gets overfilled by a quart. The service crew were quick and wasted to time getting the oil change done. I would definitely come back in the future if I am ever in the area.
