“My wife & I were traveling south on I95 on Saturday morning when a “check engine light” came on and our cruise control was disabled. We were just outside of Roanoke Rapids, NC. A Google search brought up Toyota of Roanoke Rapids. We called to find they were open until 1:00. On arrival, we dealt with Stella the service writer. Several customers were already waiting for their vehicles but we were assured they would get to us within the hour. As promised, they delivered with news that a major electronic part had failed and needed to be replaced. They had the parts in stock and even called in their service foreman, Frank, to oversee the work. Frank, along with Todd, and others made the repairs and we were on our way within 3 hours.The entire experience was 5 star and a large part of that was the exceptional customer service shown by EVERY employee we encountered. If ever we need similar service in that area again, Toyota of Roanoke Rapids will be my first call.Toyota can be very proud of how this dealership represents their brand!”

“I was visiting the area for Thanksgiving and getting ready to leave the next day when it was discovered one of my brake lights was not working plus I had a blinker light out. Not wanting to get on the highway that way, I asked my sister where to go and she suggested Harrison's. They did not disappoint. Since they were relatively minor things for them to fix, they took care of me right away at a good price. We also made an appointment for my mom's car which they fixed the next day.
