“We had our vehicle at another body shop and was given a month pickup date. Well after two months we was told by the body shop to pick up our vehicle because we couldn't rush perfection! The same day we took our vehicle to Mike's collision body shop within a week's time we had our vehicle in our yard! Mike's collision done an outstanding job completeing our bumper, 2 doors, quarter panel and painted! They were extremely polite and professional! Anytime our 6 vehicle's need work we will be taken it to them!”

“My wife & I were traveling south on I95 on Saturday morning when a “check engine light” came on and our cruise control was disabled. We were just outside of Roanoke Rapids, NC. A Google search brought up Toyota of Roanoke Rapids. We called to find they were open until 1:00. On arrival, we dealt with Stella the service writer. Several customers were already waiting for their vehicles but we were assured they would get to us within the hour. As promised, they delivered with news that a major electronic part had failed and needed to be replaced. They had the parts in stock and even called in their service foreman, Frank, to oversee the work. Frank, along with Todd, and others made the repairs and we were on our way within 3 hours.The entire experience was 5 star and a large part of that was the exceptional customer service shown by EVERY employee we encountered. If ever we need similar service in that area again, Toyota of Roanoke Rapids will be my first call.Toyota can be very proud of how this dealership represents their brand!”
