This is the most packed smoke & vape shop I have ever seen. They have everything here. Even ice-cream. Good smoke deserves good munchies.The customer service is 10 out of 10. Knowledgeable and friendly staff member. Let me tell you... for 10 years I have been trying to stop in this store. Either I pass too early or too late. This is the first time I made it in. Lucky me they now open at 8am. If you live here are just a traveler like myself, and you need a vape or rig, this is your must go to shop. Ask them about that STNR. It is pure ?.Thank you guys for being great.

One of my favorite stores. It's hard not to lose track of time looking at all the cool products. They definitely have more than just tobacco products. And the guys that work in there are super helpful.

Every single employee there that I've interacted with has been super friendly, helpful, and professional. On top of that and they're the only smoke shop in Roanoke Rapids that actually opens on time and has a clean space. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

This is a really cool store. They have so much stuff. Vapes, ice creams, masks, ashtrays, glass pipes, edibles, etc. The guys that work there are also nice and knowledgeable.

5/5 without a doubt. I’ve been a truck driver for over 3 years now, so I’ve been all over the United States. Cloud 9 by far is my go to vape shop, they always update with the flow of the vaping industry from new products to how they’re store is laid out. They’re employees will always set you straight whether your an experienced or brand new to vaping with recommendations on what is good or what is a best seller. And they always thank you for coming by whether you buy something or your just in to look. Whether you live in RR or your just stopping by off of 95 swing in and grab yourself something, you won’t regret it.
