Excellent experience at the Roanoke Rapids store #3387. There was a problem with the terminal as I was checking out and I could not use my card. The cashier attempted to solve the problem, could not and called another employee who was able to troubleshoot to get me checked out. The original transaction had to be canceled which also canceled my coupons/EBs. They were able to recover them and credit me transaction. Meanwhile others were waiting to check out. The manager came to the front so all 3 were working together to get me checked out without keeping the other customers waiting too long. They were polite and calmly took care of the situation. Teamwork and customer service at its best!!

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were extremely helpful when I was not feeling well. They did not have one medication in stock that I needed. The pharmacist called and located it at a pharmacy down the street and transferred the prescription. I didn't have to ask or search for it myself. I really appreciate the kindness.

Unfortunately this Pharmacy tried to sell me a medication that was recently filled at another local pharmacy on 2/5/2024 it was attempted. This Pharmacy has been dishonest on certain Prescriptions. It was so bad I had to have my Insurance company get involved along with the physician to have it filled correctly on 6/2/2022. The Customer service is Poor and they operate understaffed. This is my assessment over a three year period that was well documented. The staff will lie on prescriptions say they didn't recieve it when the Doctor had sent it. I don't know if this is a pattern with just me. However I would use caution when doing business with CVS. Better yet research a better pharmacy.

If my previous insurance hadn't required me to use CVS, I would not have. Whoever they have checking people out in the pharmacy is clearly not a pharmacist themselves and should not be back there. Also they all generally seem unhappy about you using rewards and coupons and one cashier tried to reason me out of it. Huh?
