Drugco always has the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff that are always ready to answer all of your questions and concerns. This store always seems to be super busy all the time but they still seem to get you in and out very quickly. Keep up the great work!!

It's a good drug store to me. I go by there when visiting from out if town its the closest to (don't want to say an old time family drug store) but it's good to go to when you can't find it anywhere else

HORRIBLE MENTALLY DAMAGING EXPERIENCE TRANSPHOBIC COMPANYMy name is Aariana KlockI am TransFemale which means I have Gender Dysphoria. Gender Dysphoria is a sense of unease a person has between theyre gender given at birth, and they're gender identity. This feeling of unease can be so intense that it could lead to depression amd am overall degraded quality of life. For me this unease is so intense it affects my will to live. I have given 38 years or my life to giving society the person they expect me to be, totally disregarding who I Am.. I would rather Die than give one more second of my life to societies expectations of who they think I should be. I deserve and demand to be respected for who I am, and refuse to continuously put up with bigots who insist on disrespecting me by expecting me to be who they want me to be. One MAJOR thing they triggers my dysphoria is being reffered to by using masculine pronouns, such as Sir, him, man, dude etc. This happens to me so often im at the end of my rope, as they continue to not allow me to feel myself by continuously without reason remind me of the gender that was given me st birth, that I Cannot afford anyone to misgender me even by accident, therefore upon speaking to anyone, I initially inform the person im speaking with, of my gender identity, and request they not refer to me as a sir. This is exactly what I did on Dec 21st around 11:30 am to the female I spoke with who put in my refill request. She didn't misgender me to my face but at the end of the phone call, she thought she hung up the phone, and she didnt, to where I overheard her disrespecting and Mocking me to her co-workers by saying ."HE told me not to call HIM a sir" in a very snoody, bigoted type of tone. I was appalled, and felt extremely disrespected when I had done nothing to deserve behind my back mockery. I then called them back with the intention to speak to her. And educate her on gender dysphoria so she wouldn't make that mistake again, because it can potentially be harmful to someone as it was me. Taylor answered the phone, I asked to speak to the person I was just speaking with, she informed me that she had stepped aWay, so I asked to speak to a manager I was told that there was no manager that she was the pharmacist on duty so I proceeded to tell Taylor what just happened and then I asked for the girl's name that I had just spoke with that mocked me Taylor refused to give me her name multiple times she also continuously called me sire even tho I politely asked her not to, that i wasnt a sir and to please refrain from continuing to disrespect me, now although every one of them gives their name at the beginning of a phone call so I was due the name upon the initial phone call but now that this girl has mocked me now they wasn't giving me her name so in a way they thought that I didn't deserve to know her name because I got mocked versus I could get her name before I got mocked. After a debate and multiple refusals i was hung up on by taylor.I called back. Samantha answered this time, still refusing me the girls name that mocked me, and she connected me to the owner, who when I told what happened didn't seem. Concnerned at all and ALSO refused to give me her name, when I asked why not, he simply replied "i don't want to" after a long debate on wether or not Trans people dessrved the same amount of respect given to everyoje else, he then hung up in my face. This isnt the first time I've beem treated unfairly and disregards as important by this company and its owner. I'm not filing a lawsuit and complaining to the BBB So i urge you, of you can take ur bussiness elsewhere, do so, as this company and its owner does NOT care about others wellneing, that much is obvious. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. EXPERIENCE THAT HAD LEFT ME EMOTIONALLY DAMAGED!
