Honda of Roanoke Rapids is one of the worst asinine company My wife has have ever had the pleasure to work for, they are not inclusive, care nothing about customer service, the managers are constantly chewed out by a Owner who has never had any experience of selling cars nor managing any Auto-dealership; Because of this those managers instead of taking professional criticism they instead directly target all the hiring's underneath them harshly. The benefits are crass and insulting along with the pay provided which is 2K per month on draw with commission roughly the avg $150 per vehicle sold! The horrible toxic trait this company has now thanks to the owner is a requirement that all salesmen must sell 10+ Cars every month and those there longer than a year must sell a whopping 30+ Vehicles per MONTH!! Not only that but when people are let go they are let go halfway through a pay period without a two-week notice to the employee!no free lunch, religious intolerance, no respect, supervisor intimidation, owner has no experience, owner is close to bankruptcy, Mechanics are paid per vehicle poorly, unattainable quota results in immediate termination. Customers are also always complaining about the financial **** never receiving the check for the vehicle they sold, a bunch of numerous other complaints that can be found by looking at Google.com reviews.

They work hard to earn the sell of a vehicle but you get no help afterwards. I have been talking with Bill since the end of June on reimbursement of my service contract. It's now November and we have not received it. This poor service after the sell is why we bought a new Telliride over the Pilot. They treat you well for the sell but that's about it.

I recently brought my first car here with my dad, and Shawn helped us through the process! Everything went well and I am very pleased with the used car that I purchased, it even has weather tech floor mats and a spare tire. Shawn ensured everything was handled before I left and kept me well-informed about the entire process.

**BUYERS BEWARE**Just know that I usually NEVER leave reviews, and when I do, they are typically very good ones! That being said, please read before you decide to buy here.Shawn is a great salesman, and has been for many years! Also, the service department has always treated me well! HOWEVER, please know that the finance department could give ZERO craps about you after you purchase a vehicle. I have purchased GAP insurance on EVERY SINGLE vehicle I have ever owned, just because I never know what can happen after leaving the car lot. Unfortunately, I experienced that when I totaled my vehicle after a little over a year of owning it.GAP has paid THEIR portion to my lender of what was owed on my car. HONDA OF RR, HOWEVER, has failed to send any cancelled warranty checks to my lender, leaving me with a monthly payment on a vehicle that I HAVE NOT OWNED FOR MONTHS NOW. Mind you, I have obviously purchased another vehicle from a different location since then. I have given Honda of RR MONTHS to communicate with me to get this taken care of, and they DO NOT CARE about a paying customer, or a possible return customer for that matter. I have left messages, sent emails, etc. with NO response back. Heaven forbid anyone that buys a vehicle here gets in any type of accident where their car is totaled, because you will be left with NO COMMUNICATION and possibly even a car payment on something you don't own anymore. Also, I've been told that when a customer cancels warranties to get a check for the remaining amount, it takes out of the finance person's commission pocket, which is probably why I haven't gotten a single response.Trust me, I didn't expect this to happen to me either, but unfortunately it did. Please take your hard earned money and business to a different Honda location that actually cares and communicates with you, not one that only cares about you until you sign your name and walk out the door. If you like your credit score and have worked hard to get it where it is, trust me, you do NOT want to go here!!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

Bought a vehicle and have called multiple times regarding a warranty I’ve cancelled and no answer no call back. Extremely unprofessional in regard to this but when they wanted a sale I was a top priority … still no call back. Every week I keep trying.

I found a car online, called, Cory setup appointment, and cared for me every step of the process. We did not purchase that particular car but through my picky questions and requests, he handled everything with a calm, caring professional manner. He is the reason I continue to check their website because he has more than earned by business! Thank you Cory and the finance guys as well.

The service is fantastic. However, if I'm going to pay $400-$700 for a HONDA of any sort.....baby it'll have to be for a high end vehicle not a Honda. I don't care if it's 2023 or not.

We were in the market for a new vehicle and my husband fell in love with a truck on their lot so we decided to move forward with it. Mike was awesome with helping us so much so that we were like we will always buy our vehicles from them! Fast forward a month after having the truck... we were told he had to bring the truck back and drive one from their lot for a couple of days until they could get his license plate in because it hadn't come in yet. Well, we got the truck October 1st and didn't get it back until December. We were given the run around on what was happening with the license plate and every time we were told to come up to the dealership, conveniently, the person we needed to talk to wasn't there. We were then told that they would take care of our first payment since we didn't have the truck. Well, they didn't end up paying the truck payment. It was a complete disaster and we will never buy another vehicle from them.

Friendly staff & smooth process at Honda of Roanoke Rapids. We had bought our Odyssey Elite in Raleigh at Reggie Jackson/Airport Honda and after arriving home in Murfreesboro we discovered that the LED Light cluster on the liftgate - passenger side - was not working and I called Honda of Roanoke Rapids and they ordered the part and will install it on Thursday. Super friendly and helpful. Will trade with them when I can.

My family was traveling from SC to DC to catch a flight to the UK on I95 when our Honda Pilot’s warning lights were going off for the emissions system. We pulled into the dealership in Roanoke Rapids and Anttwan Carter in the Service Department took care of us with great customer and got us back on the road so we wouldn’t miss our flight! Thank you all!!!

My experience with Honda of RR was phenomenal. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and quick. Shawn was patient with me, answered my many questions, and did a wonderful job at making my experience top notch. He is so full of knowledge and his demeanor puts the buyer at ease. I cannot thank everyone at Honda of RR enough for making my first time purchasing from a dealership such an awesome experience.

We were traveling from FL to PA when the car randomly lost power across the street from this Honda. We walked over to see if they could help and the service center went above and beyond to help us. Their mechanics came out to take a look at the car and help us get it to the service center. They talked us through the whole process and we’re able to get us in and out within 45 minutes. We went from having no clue what to do to back on the road feeling completely safe. Gene Langley was the main point of contact and he was absolutely fantastic. I wish I lived closer so this could be my main service center. We also are in a Hyundai and they were able to service it without an issue.

BEWARE****Poor customer service. requested to chat about a specific vehicle. Was given the run around until finally getting the information i needed. At least I thought. I wanted to know if they had a specific car on the lot for purchase. I was told that there was not one but two on the lot. I live 2.5 hours away. They do not have anything on their lot. So the BDC rep either lied to get me in to talk me into another car which was the vibe from the beginning of this encounter, or just didn't even look. Either way, this was so unprofessional. I will be spending my money elsewhere. Only giving one star because zero is not an option.
