“We had to stay at the Hampton Inn from July 25, 2023 through November 18, 2023 due to our dryer caught on fire and we had smoke damage to our home. Hampton Inn was truly home away from home for us! The staff were very professional, attentive and so caring that the one who does the booking for the hotel made my husband, son and I a homecooked baked spaghetti, salad and garlic bread. We were so glad to get a homecooked meal. We were satisfied with all of the staff. They took care of all of our needs and made us feel welcome at all times. It was extremely hot but the Maintenance workers brought in brand New Mattress and Brand New Bigger T.V's for the hotel rooms. The Mattress are extremely comfortable. Whenever we had an maintenance issue they came right up and fixed the problem. They have free delicious hot breakfast every morning greeted with staff that has the very Best personality. Trust me they have staff that puts Love into cleaning those rooms! I know first hand! I was so satisfied with my room and you will be too. Also with COVID numbers high this is the hotel to stay. The cleaning workers when I say constantly cleaned top of trash can, door handle's, bathroom's, window's, laundry area, fitness area, cleaned the pool every morning etc they stayed cleaning and I loved that about them. The customer service worker regardless who's working they are so professional and willing to help you in anyway to make your stay pleasant. Mr. Davis your staff are so well trained that when emergencies happen the guess aren't even aware of the situation that's how well trained and professional they are! (1 elevator incident handle professionally, no injuries) Don't forget to sign up for there rewards program, they are pet friendly and plenty of parking space and Great restaurants within minutes away. Have a Great Stay at the Hampton Inn home away from home!Rooms: Well cleaned and sanitizeNearby activities: Alot of Great restaurant's located within minutes of hotel. Walmart, Bowling alley and movie theater nearbySafety: You are in great hands with Hampton Inn staff. They are well trained and act accordingly to policy and procedures. Witness first hand.Walkability: You can walk to Cracker barrel and the BP store, but I wouldn't recommend walking across to the waffle house or the other store. Traffic is so bad.Food & drinks: Delicious food served hot and fresh every morning. Staff has Great personalitiesNoteworthy details: This is truly the Best place to stay for your money in Roanoke Rapids I recommend all my family and friends to stay at the Hampton Inn.”

“Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and kind. Wonderful hospitality, the breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. Our family of 6 slept very comfortably in a room with 3 double beds which also had a sitting area with a sofa-bed. We didnt need the sofa-bed bc the 3 beds accommodated us and our 4 girls. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again in future travels. Everything was very clean and well kept!!Rooms: 3 double bed rooms available which are great for families of 6 or more. Makes and easy stop for a good night's sleep on any road tripWalkability: So many great restaurants nearby walking distanceFood & drinks: Breakfast was great and plenty of options for everyone. The staff was there and very friendly and kept up with filling anything that got low and the area was very clean and well kept”

“Jack, Deborah, and Nick were absolutely fantastic. I showed up extra early in the morning with no reservation, and they were able to get me a room ready and checked in all within 15 mins. I appreciate how quickly and professional they were. I also love how nice and friendly they were. Would definitely recommend.”
