Bought a dewalt cordless saw from here cut 1 board with it and it quit working returned it to the store for repair they said 7 to 9 weeks turnaround time I waited 8 weeks and went to check to see if it was fixed I had to talk to 5 different people and explain 5 times what I wanted after 40 minutes they told me the saw had never been sent out for repair it had somehow been forgotten will never go back to the Roanoke Rapids store

We come here all the time. Since it is short staffed don't count on finding someone right away. But they have great discounts and the people are nice.

The reason for the rating was because one lady was doing her best to ring up a long line in the lumber department, the other register had no one using it and 2 employees leaning against the wall.

Will never allow Lowe's Home Improvement to install another counter top for us. They send out a bunch of mouthy crack heads set up right next to the open garage door instead of anywhere in this huge yard and get dust all over a customers 7 thousand dollar rug that’s rolled up in the corner then want to run their mouths when we say something about it. 9k for these idiots to install these countertops and this is what we get. Lowes Home Improvment we spend 6 figures a year on cabinets (that you somehow consistantly screw up), countertops, appliances and many other construction materials. I think we will carry our money elsewhere moving forward

Store Saw is still broken. It's a simple panel saw with a safety interlock. If the store lacks the talent to fix it, how accurate or trustworthy is their advice on anything that really matters? And when the employees' bad attitude (including the supervisor(?)) are added into the mix it doesn't make for a fun experience. Maybe we should reach out to the orange store to come to Roanoke Rapids and show Lowes what customer service is all about. Thanks, Lowes, for ruining a 3-day weekend.Side Note: All "Owner response" are almost exactly the same. As are the complaints. Do they actually care and try to correct the problems or is it a canned response to hopefully appear like they care. I will return and if the saw is still broken, I will continue to leave bad reviews.Owner's reply appears to be an A.I. response. What I read was: "We don't care enough to have a real person address the issue."Follow up: Visited last Saturday and the saw was still not fixed. They had not even put in a work order to get it fixed. Lowes really cares, NOT.

No matter when you go , not sure if the staff just lazy or they don't have the skills to repair their equipment, perhaps it is easier on them , but no matter the day the in store saw to have ply boards cut is always out of service. Definitely need a different hardware in Roanoke Rapids.

they never have a checkout lane open. it's entirely self-checkout now. the people who monitor the self-checkout act like police officers, which is embarrassing for anyone who works for a corporation. and there's this old man who works in the hand tool area who is always in the way and talking to you when your posturing suggests being left tf alone. prices are too high and nobody wears masks. plus, mouth breathers. 0/10. rather get covid than go in here but at least i can get covid by going in here.
