Take your car ANYWHERE but here!!! Paid them to replace a headlight and brake light. They were blown again in less than 2 weeks. Went back to have them replaced again and the manager refused! Talking about it’s an electrical issue and they don’t do that type of work. Didn’t bother to look at the car before making this assumption and failed to mention that the first time (if that was really the case). Makes me question if they really replaced the bulbs the first time. They are money hungry and can give zero cares about customer service. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by avoiding this place!!!!

My experience at Mr.Tire was a horrible experience. The customer service was amazing but after getting an oil change from Mr.Tire my air conditioner in my car was not working when I turned my car on after getting the oil change. When I went into the establishment to address the situation respectfully I was told that they didn't do anything to the car. Now I have to fix my air conditioner after it was working perfectly fine. Definitely will not be returning!

This used to be a decent place to do business with. Greed and getting over on people has taken over and for this reason they have lost my business for good. I sent my Mercedes Benz there for a oil change and tire rotation. The person that took it there for me was told that my rotors were really bad. I got so upset because I knew they was trying to get over on her because they figured she was an easy target. Me needing rotors was a straight up lie because my rotors and pads were just replaced a few weeks prior. To top it off my car came back making a scrubbing sound that was not there at first. It was discovered that they bent the dust shield for the rear brake system. Instead of just fixing they tried to say it was like that at first. Straight up lie. To put the icing in the cake they changed me $17 plus tax per qt of oil when the going rate in town is $10 to $12...I'm quite sure they are getting commision on these tickets...I'm taking my business elsewhere !!!
