Ken Wiggins and Richard Page made our experience smooth, fast and easy. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Much. better than my experience at Gabe Rowe. Ken was very informative and helpful. Wish I knew about them sooner. We wii be back.

Alicia and Patrick were amazing, we weren't sure if we'd be able to get a new car, but we figured we'd at least see what they had to offer. After our visit to Nissan of Roanoke Rapids, my family and I would definitely recommend stopping by. We went from a 24% interest on a car with negative equity to 9% on a brand new 2023 Nissan Sentra.

I had an horrible experience with this place. I was completely taken advantage of because I was in a tight situation. The car that I owned broke down on the road traveling to Florida so I had to come here to buy a car to continue my move to Florida with my 4 year old daughter. The salesman was nice but the manager Darren I believe told me I was approved for a 2020 Nissan had me call in with Vin number to get insurance for the car and everything. Once it came down to sign off on the paperwork he gave me a 2019 ford fusion and charged me as if the car was brand new with no miles. It was a pre own which I have no problem with but the car was completely dirty stains on the seat had not been vacuumed out at all. But being that I was at the dealership from the time it opened until a hour past the time it closed with my daughter and still had over 9 hours to travel I had to take it. Not only that it took them 6 months to get me my title in order to register the car. I had to drive with an expired temp tag for 3 months and call the bank that got me the loan in order for them to send another temp tag. They don’t care about taking care of people and their needs it’s all about money to them. Now I’m paying 670 dollars a month for a car that I shouldn’t be paying no more than 400 for. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.

Arguably the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I inquired about a specific car that Renaissance Nissan had with the owner(Jamar Brinkley), and immediately, he responded with the information that I needed, and offered me a special deal. I was quick. It was easy.My paperwork was signed electronically before I arrived and I was there for 35 mins in and out.If you want to purchase cars as stress free and streamlined as possible, you must purchase from Renaissance Nissan.

Overall experience was good, needed more details from sales associate. I kept sitting there waiting to hear back from the sales manage to see if my loan was approved with the $ amount she was sure she could obtain. Finally he Said lets go to her office for the paper work, not knowing the rates or how much the payments would be, it was within 4 $ of my limits, not bad, but for a late 2023 midel, should have been less than .SRVP and I told the salesman Arnez that I was a veteran and is there a discount and he said yes, but didn't receive one. I am a 12 years vet and i feel like i should receive some kind of compensation, please reply back. Thank you.

??Renaissance Nissan AND THE MANAGEMENT THERE IS A JOKE??If I could leave 0 stars, I would.Ive waited 3 months for a refund that they owed me. Finally received the check today. The check was at the dealership for a few days however the owner of the dealership hadnt signed it yet and is apparently the only one who has authority to sign checks. I was guaranteed the refund check would be at the dealership three different days by three different people over the course of two months. Management doesnt see an issue with their staff lying and providing false information. GM refused to let me finish a sentence without cutting me off, tried to make it seem as though I was overreacting and had no clue what I was talking about, and also insinuated that he could hold onto my check for as long as he wanted. This is all after I had to trade in the brand new Frontier I bought from them (2022 Truck purchased 11/21 and traded in 12/22) due to manufacturer/electrical issues. Corporate Nissan is no better than the dealership, and told me they didnt care the truck was in Nissan service department more than it was on the road, and as long as I had the warranty they would not classify it as a lemon nor would they honor a dealer buyback. Not to mention trying to make me PAY for a rental. They will never have to worry about seeing my face in that dealership again, and I will never buy another Nissan vehicle and if you value your time and money, Id suggest going to the next dealership.

I was asked did I have any coupons for my visit. I told the gentleman no I didn't. The gentleman didn't offer me any coupons either. Which I think is a shame. Because I have purchased a vehicle from your dealership going into two years and never received an coupon. I purchased a car from the honda dealership and get coupons all the time. All of my information was correct in the system besides for my phone number. That's no excuse why I haven't received no coupons in the mail. And I was still charged full price. This is so sad ?.

On Dec 30th I received great serviceFrom Arnez, Brandon, and Trey. I went there with the intention of purchasing the color,Model and year I wanted . I left with all 3. The professionalism from all 3 were pure and genuine. I had searched 6 other Nissan dealerships and this one the 7th and final one I came across had my color car I wanted . I highly recommend that you check them out. Thanks Renaissance Nissan for my new Vehicle.

Unfortunately my husband and I did not have a great experience here. We sold our Chevy truck to them 31days ago. We have yet to receive our check from the overage after the bank was paid off. Mind you, the loan at the bank just cleared last week, 3 and half weeks after we sold the truck. We missed a payment which reported to our credit report due to the dealership not contacting the bank to let them know they had purchased it from us. The customer service is terrible. They do not communicate well. And we did not get any answers as far as this process goes until we called and hassled them. From our understanding, it should have only taken 3days at most to complete everything. Now we are waiting for them to get the title before we can receive our end of payment. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
