“I have a jeep wrangler with the 3.6 pentastar engine. This engine has very specific procedures to check the oil, and tighten the oil filter cap. Messing up on either one can be catastrophic for the engine. The two guys doing the oil change followed the procedures exactly how I explained them (even if one kinda had a bad attitude about it) . I won't give him points off for that because I know what it's like to have a customer tell you how to do your job, it sucks. If you overtightened the cap it crack the oil cooler, and that's a 1200$+ repair. If you don't wait 5 mins to check the oil after you shut the engine off, the oil level reports as low by a quart. If this isn't know, the oil gets overfilled by a quart. The service crew were quick and wasted to time getting the oil change done. I would definitely come back in the future if I am ever in the area.

They got me in and out pretty quickly, and in 25-30° weather I can't appreciate that enough.”
