The store is clean and the staff is nice, knowledgeable, and always able to help answer questions. It offers professional grooming services, where groomers are good, patient, and take good care of pets. The store also provides dog training services and works with a local shelter to get animals adopted. They accept all kinds of donations and give food to people in need. Prices are competitively priced though slightly higher than some other retailers, and some items like pet clothing can be expensive. They have several types of pets available.
They had everything we needed and we had great customer service. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and we're trying to work on slowly exposing him and socializing him in public and they were really awesome about it

Amanda always does a wonderful job with my fur babies trimming their nails! I love the way she builds a trust and loving relationship with them! She has helped one of my babies who was always afraid to get her nails done but not with Amanda. She is the best!
