They should know their regular banking customers by face and name after umpteen years. I shouldn't have to give them ID everytime I make a transaction.! They treat you like a potential criminal. I wouldn't be surprised if they required a DNA sample or fingerprint to access my own money in the future.teller inside and out.

Oh my gash I can't believe, what I went through at this location, unbelievable, I went through drive through just to get change ,assistant manger lady ask me for my ID I already give her my debit card, I give her my driver's license, then she told me to remove my mask,I did then she told me to come in to the branch I did ,then she told me to go back in line I did, once my trun cane to the other taller lady she was also very rude, she told me I have to go back and wait ,Un believe able !!how these people complain about discrimination all the time and recezim, when they are the most recits in every where I have experience in 49 states over 400 cities??? Then finally angery and left ,called customer care, I just can't believe I showed her my driver's license my health card ID card my pics on it,what is that she wanted from or the other lady ? Terrible Terrible service,

I just became and business owner and needed to open a business account. Michelle was soooo awesome. She was very nice and made you feel welcome. It was a wonderful experience.
