“Every single time I call the establishment there is always a pleasant interaction. The company has been nothing but kind and helpful during this process we wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“Affordable storage in the Roanoke Rapids area. I housed things here for about 3 years and there was never an issue. The space is tight (small) in some spots, but is very secure. Customer service is great. It’s easy to get someone on the phone to update your account or for general questions. The check out process was a breeze. I highly recommend.”

“At first I wrote a negative review about this storage unit. The owner himself called me and helped me resolve all my issues and gave me a refund on charges I disputed. He was very helpful and made sure everything was addressed for me. He’s a good guy and kept his word to me. That’s all you can ask for these days. Great finish to this experience.”
