the Sheetz with the Z says it all LOL. We stopped for a coffee and bathroom break at 12:10am since we were on a long drive to our destination. Please don’t expect clean bathrooms or inside of store in general, no great customer service nor safe/friendly location. Coffee was dispensed from automatic machine and tastes horrible. Stay away if possible.

Bathrooms absolutely filthy and disgusting. Be sure you're up to date on your vaccinations before exposing yourself to such filth, and absolutely don't let your little ones use this bathroom! I see several reviews about nasty bathrooms, and they are still nasty as of this posting. They obviously don't care.

1. The breakfast sandwich that I always buy at various Sheetz locations came on a noticably different/smaller croissant roll. The croissant was so small and soggy that my sandwich fell apart and was a huge mess to eat. Makes me wonder if it would be an allergen issue for those with food allergies.
2.My totz were in the bag, not ON the sandwich as requested (not a big deal on it own but with the mess that the sandwich already was 😬)
3. Bathroom and store cleanliness were average.

Why did I have to wait 25 minutes for my sandwich when the place was hardly busy. Major waste of time.

If its in roanoke rapids n.c. the gas is highest in state 20 miles north or south gas is 30 cent cheaper

I am a regular at this Sheetz. Not sure what’s happened but last week did pick up order and there was NO meat on half the sub. Today I gave it another try and there was literally 1 piece of turkey, 1 piece of cheese and 1 piece of bacon. NEVER AGAIN!

We stopped here for gas on our way to South Carolina. We decided to get a sandwich. We never ate at Sheetz so this was a learning experience. Brandon came by and asked if we needed any help, but we did the ordering ok. We were waiting and Brandon came by and said you have to pay first, learning experience. I wanted a small water and Brandon again came up to me and asked if I needed help. He went in the back and got me a small water. Brandon was awesome and so friendly and professional. BTW the sandwich was delicious. We will be checking out Sheetz for a fresh sandwich next road trip.

Brandon was awesome . His attitude and energy was exactly the boost I needed after driving around trying to find something to do late on a Sunday. (Nothing was open) ..
I have to come back down the end of May . Hopefully this time things will be open around town. But I know where I will be stopping. Hope to get that same welcoming and uplifting feeling.
