My advice is to get a transfer number and your account number from your current provider. Go to spectrum with that information and change your provider. You get the very same service at a cheaper rateMy bill is now $70.00 cheaper. You will be glad you did.

Would not recommend Spectrum to anyone. Not only are the cost for service extremely high but when you have concerns about the repair guys being out at the connection in your front yard at 1am, 2am, etc they only want to say it is for "routine repairs" and we have to handle those late at night. I guess that is 3 and 4 nights in a row at 3 to 4 weeks at a time. But the repair guys says I was called out due to outage or I was called out due to a complaint about service not clear. We have been informed the main connection is on the pole in our front yard. If they are doing all the route maintenance late at night then move the main connection out of a residential neighborhood. This would stop all our sleepless nights due to a loud truck and the whole house lit up. What happened to respect.

My phone is only a few months old, I've had trouble with the hotspot on it since it was new. I didn't know it until the other day. They told me because I don't have insurance on it I'll have to pay it out then buy a new one.I walked out. Like I said, the phone is only a few months old. I shouldn't have to pay it out then buy a new one. Not fair.In my business if I make a key that doesn't work I don't tell the customer they have to buy a new one and pay for the one that doesn't work.

I have Spectrum internet, TV, and cell phone. The person who came up with the idea to stop paying bills in the store is a genius and should receive a promotion. In the past week I have been in the Roanoke Rapids store several times to get a cable box, look at phones, and order a new phone. Several people helped me, but Sheynda really stood out. She was very knowledgeable oabout phones and how to hook up cable box and pair remote. All the representatives were very friendly and helpful. I am crazy about Spectrum's pricing and tech help. I am a former Verizon customer, and I just wish I had switched carriers years ago. Kudos to Roanoke Rapids Spectrum employees!

I recently visited my local Spectrum Store in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina to return one of my digital receivers. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in, it was very refreshing. I told them what my business was for this visit, and they kindly took very good care of me. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and I left feeling very excellent and lucky to be a Spectrum TV customer.

Unsatisfied Customer.Unfortunately, disability makes financial situations a challenge. After continuous phone calls / text messages , etc. From Spectrum. I made an effort to obtain (borrow) Cash to make payment.Only to be rejected for having Exact "change". Evidently U.S. currency is Not Accepted Unless You Make Overpayment.
