Service was good. Wanted to try the new subs they have. Aoli garlic was the okayest sub I've ever eaten. Not bad. Not great. It's definitely a sub though.

The Young lady that took my order wasn't nice and wasn't listening to what I specifically wanted on my sandwiches. And the black olives were spoiled. ?The sandwiches are too expensive not have it made the way I like.

The most nastiest place I have ever been to. It was not clean and all the condiments were laying out, counter was nasty. I ask the worker was he making any more cookies and he said no and then the female worker place my subs in oven and when she took them out they had black specs all over them. The oven had not been cleaned in a while. This is a health hazard. Do not eat there.

I placed my order online at 1:42. I arrived at the restaurant about 2:08. The Subway employee I spoke to told me they hadn’t started making the order yet. They proceeded to take orders for the 9 people in line while I had to wait. It’s after 2:30 and I’m still waiting for my subs. I won’t be coming back to this Subway again.

I gotta say that this is probably one of the best Subways I've ever been to. Today, I've witnessed a perfect team. A mother and son working together and what was very impressive was the lady who was making the subs was outstanding. Not only was she able to take my order but she took on 4 orders all at the same time and my sandwich was absolutely delicious. Job well done to the both of you...

I went in to pick up an online order and the woman who had been left in charge was loudly berating the male employee. She said the F-word no less than 6 times while I was in the store. She should not be allowed to work in a public settingKid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly

Clerks were literally high… no joke but took the girl 5 mins to try to separate the cheese to put in my sandwich… after she was able to get the second slice free, I had enough and told her she was too slow and left…

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I installed yelp just to warn people about this Subway. Stinks, low inspection score, ran out of a lot of ingredients, and took 30 minutes to make 2 subs. It's so disorganized and chaotic that it was like watching a depressing episode of 3 stooges. 1 person stays in the back, 1 only does take out, no matter how backed up it gets, 1 apparently isn't allowed to use the register, and the manager is the only one really taking orders, running around the sandwich area, and ringing people up and alologizing. What happened to passing a sub down the line and getting orders out? Needs a good team building workshop...

The sandwich artist who made my subs made them very sloppy. Didn't spread veggies throughout my footlong properly, and had a hard time closing and cutting my subs. Yall have to do better than that... at least the employees were nice though.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly

Good Afternoon,When I'm in Roanoke Rapids NC visiting, I like to stop by Subway at 1601 Jullian Allsbrook location for a clean, and courteous atmosphere. I'm surprised to be rating this so low, but I'm not pleased that I went in on April 16, 2023@ approximately 4:30 pm to purchase 2 footlong steak and cheese subs, but at checkout counter, I gave the cashier my gift card, and she, nor ANY other employees knew how to use my gift card. I asked to call the manager, and was told that my gift card doesn't work there. Why, when it hasn't been used, and there's the subway symbol on the card. I have a $25 gift card, and not able to use it. It was so embarrassing to stand there, with my sandwiches already prepared, for them to not learn or at least try to figure it out. Instead of trying, they simply gave up, and I had NOTHING to eat. I chose Subway bcuz I enjoy their subs, but this situation, that could have been resolved, has made me NOT wanting to eat at this establishment again. I shouldn't have to go home and get cash, when it's more than enough money on the gift card.Whomever the manager of this location, ought to be ashamed of him/herself for bad management skills, and RETRAIN her employees. ThanksConcerned but Livid Customer..
