I waited 20 minutes for one bag of shavings. The guy forgot I was outside and didn't relay to anyone that I was waiting. I ended up going into get it. No apologies.

It's a crying shame that there is an item on the floor of a store, website showing 2 on-site and the Manager won't sell what is on the floor to a Customer with the money to pay for it right then and there but management says you have to wait a week to get the one in storage that has to be put together (plus said it's a $25 assembly fee, but website say FREE Instore Assembly). Then management if you don't like it a Specific COMPETOR sells them go buy from them, and i didn't want to do business with the competition i wanted to do my business here as i have for Many Years. Call the Corporate number and they say its nothing they can do they cant overide a manager, Who is over who? They wont even immediately contact the Regional Manager it has to be done by Corporate by email and not a phone call. What ever happened to the Old Time Customer Satisfaction that Businesses used to have and tried to make a Sale & Happy Customer????
Best Believe I have spent my last dollar with this company. I will drive to the neighboring county and Shop Ruaral King (TSC on Steroids, a larger & better stocked store) from now on.

I Always go to get my Dog a big box of food, They're the only place that carries the Purina Moist & Meaty. This is the only dog food my dog would eat.

I love the little plush stuffed animals they have. I have bought three of them. My favorite is Coco the little dog. He is so soft and cute. I just love feeling if him.He makes me HAPPY.

I ran into a man named Kevin, I believe the last name is Shaver. And it turned out to be the worst costumer services I’ve ever seen and heard. Definitely not appropriate for this store. 1 star.
