The United States Postal Service employees work very hard in a challenging neighborhood. The mail people are always smiling and working hard. They are incredibly kind, polite, and show continued efforts, respect, and diligence. The local postmaster helps to sort out issues. There is exceptional customer service from employees who are kind, considerate, and well informed. Typically, customers have a pleasant experience at the post office, though some experiences with other staff can be less positive. Overall, there is tremendous gratitude for their service.

These people have zero personality. They tend to act like they are bothered by you being there. Sent my disabled grandmother back to her car to get 1 Penny… Gaston post office is where I go to now. As Gaston associates are more pleasant
