I called to order a cake over the phone and asked questions about the cake and the person the bakery had so much to say as if I was not purchasing the cake, it was not being donated. Good Customer Service is really getting to be a thing of the past in Roanoke Rapids.

Ordered a cake for my son’s first birthday and they gave me the total opposite of what I asked for, after repeatedly verifying what I wanted .

Its a SuperCenter, but not set up like all others in FL, NC,Tn, GA - strange i have to hunt for things but at least its clean & well stocked i prefer the one im Charlottesville as its set up the same way as others i went to.
