It was another successful trip, it was time for the work truck to get serviced, and it went as smoothly as butter spreads. The work truck was serviced, and back to us before work today. They’re good folks over yonder at White Chrysler, they care about their customers, and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Also it’s some beautiful trucks out there, if you live in or outside the Roanoke Valley, and reading this go say hello.

Whites has always been my place of choice to take my dodge charger, had one or two minor problems that was an easy fix....but I took my car there on 1/13/23 for oil change and install new set of tires I asked the young to make sure they save my tires that was on the front because they had only been on since april,she asked to put them in the trunk or the back...I wait for a return call was told about 2 hours it would be ready appointment was at 9...12 noon no call,I was finally called at approximately 330p, got there asked if the two tires were in the trunk,service advisor said let me check with the guys in the back,long story short...no tires the young lady says to the manager I must have misunderstood her I asked how when u asked and confirmed to put them in the trunk?? service manager then says I dont know what u think I just cant give u two new tires and they had already been disposed of,they gave my receipt and the next service suggestion and I asked for business cards then Will writes on the back free service???... so what does this mean plainly he can see I'm angry... called the dealership asked to speak to another manager put on hold for 12 minutes then phone hangs u??

Nationwide company here. Had a truck breakdown on the road, got it towed to Whites and though initially we had an issue of them jotting down a wrong number, Nick in the service dept. got it squared away and kept in contact the whole time. Very good at what he does and got us repaired pretty quick. Thank you, guys.

I bought a new Jeep Gladiator from White motors. I love the Jeep, but the service department has a lot to be desired. My three free oil changes with tire rotation have cost me a lot of money. It is doubtful that they even rotated the tires at all. The car has 23,000 miles on it. It has only been serviced at White motors. I have been reporting strange noises from the Jeep every time that I go in. I have even asked them to take it for a test drive each time, which I don't believe they ever did. I believe that the alignment was off coming out of the dealership and now at 23,000 miles I need four new tires and an alignment. At my last service, they told me that my tires were cupping and to give it two more service cycles and then replace the tires with an alignment. I trusted them with my investment and they failed me miserably. I will be taking my Jeep to discount automotive and tire to see Tracy Story from now on. Tracy story at discount tire in Roanoke rapids is a man of integrity who will do the right thing. White Motors will not get another dime from me.

We had truck issues while hauling our 40 foot camper from Pennsylvania down to Florida. Called service while on the road. Jeff Scott was courteous, knowledgeable and solved our issue. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you Jeff!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt although i heard terrible things about them prior to me calling .They were a waste of time they give you hope for no reason make promises they can't keep. They run your credit more times than necessary .And half communicate with you during the process . My family and friends and I will not be getting there assistance" EVER" again.

I had my jeep towed here after it started misfiring and became disabled on the highway. I am from out of town and figured a local jeep dealer would be the most reliable place to have it towed. After several calls and getting the run around (computer problems, no call backs), it took them 5 days just to get an initial diagnosis. They wanted 4-5 additional hours to tear down the engine so they could “diagnose the problem”. I asked them to stop immediately and had it transported 6 hours to my regular dealer. They found the problem in less than one hour, fixed within 24 hours. I feel this was a predatory business practice being a customer from out of town as well as not being a return customer. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer.
