Trash, no communication, don’t respect appointment. Waiting 3+hours to get unloaded

1100 appt time. Barely made it and then waited with at least 5 trucks in line ahead of me. You have to set an appt to get loaded but then they take fcfs!? Seriously! 1600 and still haven't put anything on my trailer. Took almost an hour to gather it all up. And I still have to strap and tarp! My clock is now running out. Totally inefficient!

Loading here is a nightmare. 2 hrs and counting with nothing going on. I was the second truck here and the first truck started getting loaded 30 min ago. Plus the "Stay in your truck. Don't get on your trailer because SAFETY."

(Allura)..fork lift operators are friendly and they are some of the best lift drivers you'll meet...very fast and smooth when it comes to loading there pallets...freight is packed and secured to pallets great... only down fall is tarpon stations,there's only two and that can make things slow...if you use the stations then tarp and move out from underneath the station...the parking lot is big enough to park and finish strapping...last always tell people to move if there finished from being on top of their trailer...one last thing, if you have a dog that rides with you in the big truck.be sure to show the lift driver..?
