I made an appointment to get my passport and for whatever reason thought it would be this long stressful process. The gentleman working was very kind and patient and made the process easy.

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered today, and I got an email that a delivery attempt was made, but no one was home, and since the package needed a signature it was returned to the post office.. so I checked my camera feeds, and there was never an attempt to deliver anything. The driver lied about attempting a delivery, and should be held accountable for it, because now I don't know how I'll get my package because I, unlike the delivery driver, actually work and won't be able to be home to sign for my package. Guess I will need to be there first thing in the morning to get my package myself. Might need to talk to the manager while I'm there while I'm at it.

This is one of the best post offices I’ve ever gone to. The people that work there - Jackie and Michelle are awesome and both go above and beyond to be helpful to customers.

They'll give you a tracking number, but over a week later it just says they accepted the package. No updates, nothing. Is it lost? Are they just letting it sit forever? No idea, but this is why people use UPS instead of the post office.
