I setup an appointment and took off from work. Drove 45 minutes and they said I did not have an appointment. I also received an email the day before. I recommend you call them the day before, in case you took off from work. They wasted my time.

Well, we showed up on time for our cleaning appointments only to find out that I had a past due balance, because Aspen dental billed the wrong insurance, and they wanted me to pay the entire balance in full with our billing, the correct insurance, and they stated to me since I had a past due balance, they could not clean my teeth for my cleaning appointment and they said they’ll have to reschedule me until the balance has been paid in full, which was $61 and some changeWhen I showed up for my cleaning appointment, they automatically added fluoride to my bill didn’t even ask. They automatically added an inspection to my teeth cleaning which was $61 when it’s a preventative maintenance care and cleaning through dental insurance it’s supposed to be free not all these added extra charges. They wanted everything paid in full and my cleaning was going to cost me $131. They wanted all this money paid upfront without even asking if I wanted the services or not.Beware, they’re overcharging the customers.The girl at the front desk was very rude and argued with me about everything and she kept having to go to the back for approval. Finally I just got fed up and told her I don’t know how you’d even run a dental office here and left. I will never be back to this location. They lost to good paying customers me and my wife both and we will never be back to this location. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to Aspen dental for that matter.This is the worst Aspen dental office I have ever been to in the United States.Are the girl that sits at the front has the worst snappiest snotty attitude I’ve ever had to deal with.

I was quick to be scheduled for an emergency appointment, but they canceled because I didn’t do a verbal confirmation when they called the day before, which was understandable. When rescheduling on the phone I was told that the phone call counted as a verbal confirmation. I even was called same day of appointment to let me know I could come early if I needed to, implying my appointment was confirmed. I get there and I’m told they tried to “call me three times with no answer” to confirm the appointment I was told previously was already confirmed, although the only call I had was the one mentioned. After rushing to get there on time after work, I was informed it was already canceled once again for “not confirming” because the office didn’t seem to be on the same page with each other. It would be preferred if they would leave a message of some sorts to let you know the appointment is canceled, especially when there’s possibility of miscommunication that could be fixed. I was also told they didn’t accept my insurance and that my appointment would be $230 although on the wall it says free first appointment and exam, but I didn’t feel like figuring that out once I already had two canceled appointments. Otherwise, I’m sure they would’ve been great.

Let me start by saying everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. I hadn't been to a dentist in 40 years and Dr. Nigatu and his team were very supportive. I decided to have all my teeth pulled and go with dentures. It has been 4 months since my dental work and these dentures are still not right. I cant talk right and they're too big. They went so far as to make a new set of dentures for me and these ones are still too big. I have to wait until December to get my permanent dentures and I hope they are better. The ones I have now make me look 20 years older as they are stretching out my jaw and pushing up on my cheeks. When I try to bite down on anything they come loose and twist. Bottom plate is not behind the top like normal teeth it is even with the top plate and comes out in front of the top in one spot. I'm hoping this will all be fixed once the permanent ones are done and I'll be able to eat like a normal person again.

The staff was amazing. I am a new patient and had to go after I got off work. I was scheduled to be in at 4:15 but it was closer to 5:30. This is quite the pet peeve of mine with appointment times but they were very busy. The staff made up for it. X-ray tech D helped speed up the process. Thank you guys.

So glad I chose to come here. I called for an appointment and was able to get one within the same week. The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. X-rays were quick and easy to take. The doctor was pleasant and seemed to care about my needs. By the end of my visit, my daughter was ready to switch from her dentist to Aspen Dental!!! Believe me when I say that says a lot about this place because my daughter HATES going to a dentist. She seen for herself how comfortable they make you feel and that's really important to me. I'd recommend Aspen to anyone. They have a forever patient with me!!!

Excellent services! The entire staff was amazing!! Lisa cleaned my teeth and I feel amazing, feels like she made me 10 years younger! The doctor nigatu is gentle when he took at my tooth. Breanna was fantastic working with me to get on the schedule. The service is fast & Excellent.

I had been putting off for years things that needed to be attended to because of being terrified of dentist from the past .I bit the bullet and made an appointment with Aspen Dental in Rockingham, NC.They took me right in and took XRays and soon the dentist came in and went over what needed to be done.Having everything done right there and in a timely manner, I feel so much better about my mouth.Let me tell you all , they were ALL very professional and caring.Checking out, the financial department were very helpful in explaining my bill and they also offered getting financing. This is great for those that do not have dental insurance.If you are scared of going to the dentist , put your mind at ease and choose Aspen Dental in Rockingham !Ginger Gibbon

One of the best dentist I've ever been to the whole staff was kind and understanding of my needs. Dr. Nigatu is GREAT! He is gentle and shows that he cares for my best interest. Genie the dental assistant is the sweetest girl ever. I'm so glad I came to this office for my dental work. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I’m having some pain with my wisdom teeth. They were able to get me in very quickly for a consultation, and worked with me to schedule oral surgery. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Aspen Dental. The dentist and the staff were very professional and helpful as to what I needed done. I had several questions that the Dr. answered to determine what was best for me, and the results were very successful. Now I can smile without being self conscious!

Dr. Jonathan Nigatu has been amazing with me and my mom. Not only that she is super happy with her dentures and partial. Seen him a few times myself now and going for a full mouth extractions on the August 23rd. Not looking forward to it but he has given me assurance and I felt comfortable that it'll be fine. I def recommend him and his staff.

Staff was simply amazing!! Dr. Nigatu is a great doctor. He was friendly and patient to my wife and I. Great leadership in this office. I'm so glad I found it. Breanna was super helpful. I'm grateful this office is here. Can't wait to get started.
