So glad I chose to come here. I called for an appointment and was able to get one within the same week. The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. X-rays were quick and easy to take. The doctor was pleasant and seemed to care about my needs. By the end of my visit, my daughter was ready to switch from her dentist to Aspen Dental!!! Believe me when I say that says a lot about this place because my daughter HATES going to a dentist. She seen for herself how comfortable they make you feel and that's really important to me. I'd recommend Aspen to anyone. They have a forever patient with me!!!

Excellent services! The entire staff was amazing!! Lisa cleaned my teeth and I feel amazing, feels like she made me 10 years younger! The doctor nigatu is gentle when he took at my tooth. Breanna was fantastic working with me to get on the schedule. The service is fast & Excellent.

I had been putting off for years things that needed to be attended to because of being terrified of dentist from the past .I bit the bullet and made an appointment with Aspen Dental in Rockingham, NC.They took me right in and took XRays and soon the dentist came in and went over what needed to be done.Having everything done right there and in a timely manner, I feel so much better about my mouth.Let me tell you all , they were ALL very professional and caring.Checking out, the financial department were very helpful in explaining my bill and they also offered getting financing. This is great for those that do not have dental insurance.If you are scared of going to the dentist , put your mind at ease and choose Aspen Dental in Rockingham !Ginger Gibbon

One of the best dentist I've ever been to the whole staff was kind and understanding of my needs. Dr. Nigatu is GREAT! He is gentle and shows that he cares for my best interest. Genie the dental assistant is the sweetest girl ever. I'm so glad I came to this office for my dental work. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I’m having some pain with my wisdom teeth. They were able to get me in very quickly for a consultation, and worked with me to schedule oral surgery. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!!

I had a very pleasant experience at Aspen Dental. The dentist and the staff were very professional and helpful as to what I needed done. I had several questions that the Dr. answered to determine what was best for me, and the results were very successful. Now I can smile without being self conscious!

Dr. Jonathan Nigatu has been amazing with me and my mom. Not only that she is super happy with her dentures and partial. Seen him a few times myself now and going for a full mouth extractions on the August 23rd. Not looking forward to it but he has given me assurance and I felt comfortable that it'll be fine. I def recommend him and his staff.

Staff was simply amazing!! Dr. Nigatu is a great doctor. He was friendly and patient to my wife and I. Great leadership in this office. I'm so glad I found it. Breanna was super helpful. I'm grateful this office is here. Can't wait to get started.

I had a terrible, terrible toothache, and I booked an appointment online. First of all, I am thankful they could see me in a timely manner, but when I arrived they had no appointment scheduled. I understand they have a new system, and that was the problem. The receptionist was awesome, she did everything possible to make sure I was seen. The dentist came in, he never introduced himself, until I turned my head around. He and one of his office staff were behind me whispering. I had approximately fifteen x-rays done, free of charge, but I have heard nothing back from them. They were going to see if my insurance would cover any of the costs of his recommended treatment plan, and three weeks later, not a word. I finally called them, and I was put on hold, for longer than I could wait, so I hung up. I assumed someone would call back, but they never did. I felt very uneasy about the entire experience. The antibiotics helped with the infection, and the cocktail of Tylenol and Ibuprofen helped with the pain, but as of today's date, my tooth is still inflamed. I am searching for a compassionate dentist, that truly cares about their patients.

First and foremost, this place does great dental work but I feel uneasy about the environment. The staff were absolutely great but it seems like they are very overworked. Secondly, the dentist himself was nice to me but I noticed that he is very rude to his assistants and comes off as ungrateful. If i’m not mistaken it was Dr. Nygatu (spelling may be wrong). I can only imagine how they feel. I will end by saying this, the dental work is excellent but the treatment towards the staff seems terrible. Not the type of environment I want to be in, much less to be treated in. I would not recommend this place to anybody and I hope the employees find a job that appreciates them.

My trips to their office has always been wonderful. The staff are very kind and helpful and the dentist there I have dealt with 2 different ones and both were also kind and wonderful with being so helpful and also willing to go beyond what they have too to assure happiness with my new dentures. And with those things said I am very happy.

Breanna was amazing, she helped me set up my appointment over the phone which was super convenient for me because I don’t live in there area. Dr. Parikh was super informative about my treatment plan and seemed like he really cared about my health. Lisa was great by helping me understand how much everything was going to cost and made it super easy for me to understand. I’m so glad I choose this Aspen to get me closer to a healthier mouth! Wonderful atmosphere at the dentist office. I want to personally thank Breanna the office manager for being kind and paying attention to me because she made my visit a lot smooth after walking in just by her smile. She was very caring for me and made sure I was comfortable my entire visit. Dr. Nigatu is a nice man that knows exactly what he is talking about. He has helped me get out of so much pain that I have been dealing with for years but just been putting it off. He is the man with the plan. Now I am happier with my smile, more confident to attend social gatherings and I can FINALLY EAT! Don't waste your time or energy at another place ever! this is the place to be and people to see! Thank you Aspen!

I never do reviews, but for my first visit the first impression was excellent. The lady at the front was very helpful to everyone who checked in at 1:30pm. Her patience was wonderful for 5 of us all at once. The dental assistant was very thorough with all the X-rays needed, explaining the step by step process. Following both the hygienist and dentist made the visit both welcoming and worth the while. I enjoyed my visit and will be back to Rockingham.
