“I was really having a bad day. I could only see 1/2 of the screen on my phone and was frustrated since I use it for business, but Megan came to the rescue. She was knowledgeable regarding the process I needed to take to replace my phone. Very friendly, polite, courteous but most of all PATIENT. Megan's positive attitude and professionalism made my day. Superb employee. Excellent job well done. 😁”
