Unfortunately, every time I reach out to this bank its a horrible experience. Just last year, I wanted a simple withdrawal increase for my debit card. The branch manager at that time, simply said "No" without any explanation. I then had to contact customer service and have a representative reach out to them to get the increase I needed. More recently, I inquired about a refinance on a property I own free and clear in Hamlet, Nc. After being told to submit a personal financial sheet including all of my personal financial information, I was told by Mrs. Spivey that that service was not offered without any full explanation and my application was not submitted or reviewed. I once again had to go beyond the branch to later find this was not true. I had to personally reach out to the actual loan officer for the branch to get service. The loan officer let me know that Mrs. Spivey was incorrect and obviously not trained on the products the bank offers. Im definitely considering leaving the bank when I actually had intentions on bringing more business to them. I felt profiled by the sound of my voice from the initial "Hello". No is always the answer before even seeking a yes or way to help. I definitely do not feel the "Right by You" treatment they are supposed to deliver.

Pleasant is an understatement……The folks at Fidelity set the standard when it comes to customer relations…….If you’re looking for a great bank where they treat you like family….then look no further!!!!!

Fidelity Bank in Rockingham is always a pleasure to visit. Peggy, Ann, Hayley, and Andrea always greet me by name and never without a smile. Each is professional, kind, and willing to help in any situation. Teresa had the money that was hacked from my debit card returned to my account and replaced the card. Jessica put the “Card Control” app on my iPhone which alerts me each time my cards are used. Willa Spivey, the manager, is particularly noteworthy. She has helped me with several difficult financial choices I’ve had to make in terms of family illness and death. She taught me to use online banking which I use most everyday. Dean was most knowledgeable when helping me with some investments. Her guidance is most appreciated! Rockingham is fortunate to have a bank with that hometown appeal which also includes all the “bells and whistles” of modern day banking

I switched from my old bank to fidelity in Rockingham because I saw how they treated my father. It is good to walk into a bank where everybody knows your name and ask about your family AND really means it. They are AWESOME!
