Great folks , great gym , clean facility. Visited this gym when visiting from out of town. I am a member of planet fitness in Raleigh but the planet fitness in rockingham won't honor my membership. So much for your franchise contract.Went down the street from them and went to freedom fitness. They welcome me. These mom and pop gyms will get my business more and more. Will return next time in town.

I have been a member if another gym for the past 5 years I discovered freedom fitness on my commute to rockingham its very clean and has well maintained equipment and the staff is super friendly I usually go there every Friday I'd definitely recommend this gym

I’m working in the area for a short contract. Excellent rates, especially for 24hr gym. All area’s of the gym are very clean and staff are friendly.

Great place to work out. Open 24 hours for members which Randy and I love. Super clean and awesome staff. None of the BS like in other gyms. Just a great atmosphere
