“I had a super positive experience at this location. While waiting on my load over at the chicken plant, I decided to head over to this location to get a workout in and a shower. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Aj. I would give his Level of hospitality, 2 thumbs, and 2 toes up! He was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of the locker rooms, massage chairs and cardio equipment. The gym was cleaner than most and well organized. The shower was hot enough, spotless, and a nice waterfall shower head. Definitely nicer than the truck-stop showers. I’m thankful that I didn’t have to drive 30 minutes away to the closest truckstop for a shower. Truckers if you come to make sure you are bobtailing Because the parking lot is not wide open And you don’t want to rip up any shrubbery. I will definitely be back here regularly.”

“Great folks , great gym , clean facility. Visited this gym when visiting from out of town. I am a member of planet fitness in Raleigh but the planet fitness in rockingham won't honor my membership. So much for your franchise contract.Went down the street from them and went to freedom fitness. They welcome me. These mom and pop gyms will get my business more and more. Will return next time in town.”
