“Great folks , great gym , clean facility. Visited this gym when visiting from out of town. I am a member of planet fitness in Raleigh but the planet fitness in rockingham won't honor my membership. So much for your franchise contract.Went down the street from them and went to freedom fitness. They welcome me. These mom and pop gyms will get my business more and more. Will return next time in town.”
“Everyone leaves you alone to do what you need to do, it's clean with employees coming to wipe all the machines down regularly.
Only con? Personal space is a huge issue with older folks. This isn't a crowded area, there is always plenty of empty machines but they will still choose to get beside you.”

“This gym has everything you need for any type of workout! There are 2 other rooms that are secluded from the main gym for more privacy if u need as well. The gym is very clean and well maintained. Having 24/7 access is a huge convenience and doesn’t let u use “gym hours” as an excuse to not workout!”

“The First Health fitness Center has everything you could imagine it would have. Something they don't have is massage chairs. They do have a heated swimming pool area with a hot tub. Steam room and sauna, also two floors. They have free weights, machines everywhere. They even have on-site trainers. Great place to go. Great place to be. If they could extend the opening time, it'll be the best. I love it! You should try it out 😀”
