I recently ordered a yearbook for my grand daughter. Upon paying I saw a $3.99 fee for service. There are at least 700 students at this school. Why should this fee of $3.99 be added? There is no legitimate excuse for this \

The lady they have answering the phones is so rude and unprofessional and may need to reconsider who they hire to answer phones I've never ran across someone so nasty and isn't willing to help or if she doesn't know the answer try to get someone to help. 0-10 I do not recommend!!!!!!!! i called the store asking about my cap and gown to see if my payment went through in sept and the lady was so rude. Why work in customer service if you're going to be rude to the customers when your job is literally to help us.

I called to ask a question and the female on the phone was very short with me and had a bit of an attitude. Need to work on her people skills. That experience made me not want to deal with them at all but everything was paid for.

Very friendly staff. Anything having to do with school insignia's, trophy's, or anything else having to do with things like that, that you may want. You should give them a call or stop in. Highly recommend.

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, it was noting but rude and unprofessional behavior. In this line of business you have to have a certain charm and liveliness that makes you different from other companies because there are other companies who are in the same line of business as Jostens. Being that the atmosphere was negative seemingly toward me I wanted to leave but because this is a chain company I knew I would get what I wanted in the way that I wanted it to be. But the costumer service caused me to dread my experience.

My son order a ring and a hoodie earlier this year in March. The hoodie was never recieved. For reason I care not to discuss I was unable to finish the payments on my son ring so it went back. So last week I received a refund on the ring order. I called today because the check had been miss placed. I handle everything with the ring and the check. So I was given a number to call and the lady on the other end of the phone became rude after I asked her why I couldn't get the hoodie or my money back being that I paid for the hoodie separate from the ring. So the nowhere did I see if you don't pay for the ring you can't get the hoodie. She told me that she would not give me the hoodie that I paid for nor my money back because the ring was returned. I paid for the hoodie on a separate line from the ring. I was told when I purchased the hoodie that it would be mailed to our home address. I tried to be understanding being that the class of 2020 is huge. I figured that maybe it would take a while because there were other people with the same issue. I don't think it's fair to take someone money and not deliver. I understand about the ring but not the hoodie. I am very disappointed and my son is very upset about the experience. Never again.
