They are great at what they do but they are also a local nuisance with how they treat people at other businesses with parking in front of people cutting them off from leaving to just overall making masses for others to clean and showing no respect for wasting “their” time when they are ones holding people in line.

My wife and I were headed to the beach for our honeymoon and had a flat at 4 in the morning. Trey came in 30mins and was super nice and helpful. We highly recommend him.

Trey at tow time pull through for me at 5:00 a.m. in the morning. Before I called Trey at Tow Time I had already tried two other businesses that claimed to be open 24 hours with no answer. I had already been there for about 2 hours because I was determined to change out the spare myself but I could not fit it on and my Jack would not lift any higher and I didn't want to take the risk of anything else happening considering I was pulling a car trailer and I had three large dogs with me. Trey told me it would be about an hour and he was there in about 40 minutes. He made sure I was good after he put my spare tire on for me. He made sure I had all my tools up and put away and unchucked my tires for me! I am appreciative and grateful that he actually answered and when his business says it's open it was open!

We got stuck after a funeral service we were helping preform and the gentleman that came out was amazing!! He assured us that we would be just fine and offered us a great price to get towed out! If you’re in a bad situation and need a tow, tow time is fast, reliable, and kind!! Nothing but great things to be said.

Can’t say enough good things! I was in an extremely stressful situation- stranded on the highway with a flat tire with my dog and baby in the car…it was handled quickly with care and professionalism for a very reasonable price. Thank you thank you!!

If you are in need of help PLEASE CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. I can’t express how much appreciation I have for this company and what he did to help me and my family. Me and my 5 children was coming from Florida to Greensboro NC and we were about 1 hour and 30 minutes away from our destination when an animal collided with our vehicle in Rockingham NC. Messing up the radiator, causing the car to overheat and causing it to no longer be drivable. We were terrified because the night was approaching. We called 1 other tow company and was told it would be 750, plus a few hours wait time. We couldn’t afford that. I contacted TOWTIME and he informed me on how the process worked since I had full coverage on my vehicle and was to us within 20 minutes. Long story short, I recommend TOWTIME for any of your towing needs, and if we can get his help again in our area we will!!!! Thank you soooo much TOWTIME , your a lifesaver ❤️

Trey was very nice, competent and even brought us to the dealership after rescuing our car from the side of the road. He even offered to drop us at our hotel. Excellent service and great attitude. Cheers!
