The pharmacy is of no help. 3 months and they refused to call Medicare to resolve the issue. Just 5 hours at my next pharmacy and I had what I needed. Though to be honest, Rockingham employees are very slow and have very little need for pride or dignity and it shows.

I left Walgreens pharmacy because of one of the rules pharmacy techs. Very slow and unorganized.

Customer service has definitely declined, you cant ever get them to answer the phone. You have to call the main line and have them transfer you and its still a long wait. Seems like staff always has issues with one another. Would definitely change Pharmacies if my insurance would allow me to use some of the others we have here.

the worst place on earth to get your meds from. the head pharmacist as she calls herself seems to have a thinking and personable problem. all i have to say and is girl if you hate your job quit we don't want to hear your miserable voice or even interact with such negativity. def don't go to this one. i would suggest a different location or chain all together

Tried to call the pharmacy, was on hold for 13 minutes when someone picked up and said there was 1 caller ahead of me. More hold music and the incessant information about vaccines repeated over and over. Then it started ringing for an additional 5 minutes before thanking me for my call and asking me to participate in a survey about my call. I did the survey leaving bad marks and an angry recording. Tried calling again only hanging up after another 10 minutes on hold. I'm giving an additional star because the lady at the drive-thru window is awesome (from past visits). They need to address this issue and nobody has bothered to reach out to me about my experience, even though I contacted corporate. I will not be back.

pharmacist can't tell the difference between 28 day supply and 30. good help this pharmacy. it is by far the most disgraceful pos pharmacy I have seen.
