That is about the stories place I've ever seen to get contacts or glasses you get your eye exam things don't work right you ask for your prescription and you can't get it sorry sorry sorry that's all you hear you come back Monday come back Monday you should be able to get a copy of your prescription any damn time you need it I'm very disappointed in Walmart and if all of them closed down it would make me very happy thank you very much worley L Henley

Went in on a Tuesday and I was told Dr.Smith is only in Mon, Wed, Friday so I asked to make an appointment and got one the next day. Even though there were 3 appointments ahead of me, my appointment went quickly and smoothly. Dr.Smith explained everything to me, including the prescription. My experience from the front desk woman to my time with the doc was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Dr.Smith \u0026 team! I'll never go anywhere else as long as he's there.

This place is an actual joke. Went there one time and they were closed, then the next day closed again after they told me they were open. When I finally got them when open, they said they couldn't sell glasses that day. The next day the worker appeared to be high. Worst experience ever.

Worst place to try to purchase anything. Never open when supposed to be and even when they are they cant sell glasses because of incorrect staffing. Will never go back!

I go in on a Saturday to pick up my RX glasses a in the Rockingham NC store, the store was open but there were signs saying there was no one there that could give me my glasses. The note said that it was open for browsing the store only, no purchases because there was no one there to give out glasses. I was told a week or a week and a half for my RX glasses to be ready and I am still not sure if they are ready bc when I call no one answers and Boone has called to let me know they were ready so. I believe they could do a better job of letting their customers know when Rx are in and ready and when someone would be in the store for pick up.

I drove from over and hour away for my appointment I had set for months. The office was closed because the doctor just decided not to show up to his job. No phone call or notice. Pathetic excuse for a business.

We waited for over one hour and they still are not open from 120 until this is awful and another man was told to come in at 200 and no one was there for him when they are there the service is great need more people to cover lunch and have someone to do repairs everyday

received call to pick up glasses Monday Tues or Wed. went today (Tuesday) and was told the woman that has to give the glasses to me is not in. so I will have to make another trip next week.

Super nice staff!! I came in with broken glasses that I originally purchased from another optometrist office that had quoted me $129 to fix. I came in on a Saturday and the amazing ladies at the vision center helped me get new frames and also ordered me lenses. It cost $38 compared to $129 for just the frames. They ordered on Saturday and Wednesday they were here! Amazing staff and customer service.
