I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at CVS! I can't recall a single complaint. Every time I'm thereâwhether I'm browsing, shopping, checking out, or picking up my prescriptionsâI'm always amazed at how quickly I'm helped; my wait time is usually much shorter than expected! Overall, it's such a friendly place with great people and a welcoming vibe. It truly makes every visit a delightful experience!

I purchased a digital thermometer using part of my Aetna Medicare OTC benefits. The item did not work, I tried to exchange they would not exchange..no exchanges it has to be returned and purchase another...but since I used OTC benefit they would not return. So I am out the money... The item was $35. I used $19 in OTC benefit and paid $17.12 on debit card. I foolishly spent another $35 to purchase another since I was ill. I just caution people that even with a receipt they do not honor refund even the cash amount I paid.

The pharmacy staff has always been wonderful. But, now they have changed the phone system to all automated and only leave a voice-mail. I refuse to do business with a company that can not take a call for a simple question. What happened to customer service, no longer important in this digital age. Maybe Walgreens cares more about the conveniences for a customer.

The woman that answers the phone is so rude itâs not even funny. She doesnât need to work with the public at all!! The male that worked the register today was also very rude. If the people that work the pharmacy doesnât want to act like they like the field they chose then they need a new career. Itâs ridiculous that they donât know what kind of impact their attitude can have on the customers they are serving. They need to act their age and be respectful to anybody and everybody they interact with.

Clean store, good service and selection. Also when my cat was missing they let me put up a poster and most places wonât being corporate offices so glad to see some places still personable. Thanks CVS and staff

Lady answering the phone acted annoyed to even have to answer. What a great first impression for someone who has never even gotten a prescription filled at this store. I was having issues with a prescription being sent through their system, so I called about 10 minutes after the pharmacy opened and explained the situation. Lady got an attitude immediately when I asked if she knew if the prescription had come through and she stated "well, we just opened, so who knows..." Someone who isn't feeling well and just trying to get meds for a sinus infection doesn't need your condescending tone or nasty attitude. Forget this place! I immediately asked my doctor to try and send the prescription to Walgreens further away. I will go out of my way to not deal with the people at this CVS. Way to ruin a customer/business relationship before it could even be established. Staff here need some serious customer service training and an attitude adjustment.

once AGAIN I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy! EVERYONE in that pharmacy department gives it 110% they have never told me no, and always find a way to help me always going above and beyond THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU IN THE PHARMACY once again I will be calling corporate to let them know how great of a job everyone in that pharmacy is doing

Every time I go to pick up my daughter's allergy medicine, it is either not ready or they are out and not able to fill it. I am supposed to get calls for when something goes wrong, and they are unable to get her medicine prepared, but they never do. The lady that works there with her nose done and very rude and disrespectful, she has no manners, and she does not know how to talk to people nicely. If there was a different pharmacy near my house, I would use it over this one. They are very unorganized and never have medicine ready.
